Studio kitchen was not really provided with the things needed e.g. bowls The bed linen was not of the standard that might be anticipated The fitness centre was not very easy to access and was set up for personal training not for resident use Lack of curtains: not such a problem in winter when shutters are closed but it would be weird in summer when air needs to be let in

Nice room close to everything

Perfect location, less than 5 minutes away from main street with public transportation station. It's a huge house with individual rooms and shared spaces such as kitchen (very well equiped), dinning room and gym/studio. Rooms are very clean and communication with the host was fast and clear. Definitely recommended!

The bath is available only for 1 specific room and this is not very clear on pictures. In fact, my room have only a small shower inside (with any place to place a shampoo, soap whatever) but the toilet itself was outsidethe room (and very tiny tbh). Despite having a lift in house, I had to face a 6 step stair down and up to reach my room (make special note if you have bags or any mobility issues).

Luxurious and a Wonderful Stay

Absolutely amazing stay. Ruben was lovely and answered all my questions and showed me around the property upon arrival. He handled parking and check in was a breeze with the provided videos. Just amazing communication. I was fortunate to get a room upgrade which was lovely and I'm very thankful. The room was stunning. Heating in the floors and roller shutters. Huge, very comfortable bed. Stunning bathroom with a jet tub and a very large shower with a rain fall head. The bathroom was massive and very luxurious. Soap and shampoo provided as well as slippers which is a lovely touch. Room came with a coffee maker, coffee, water bottles, and a selection of teas. Also a map of the city and a mini fridge. Downstairs there is a kitchen area and a full fridge if needed. The property was very quiet and peaceful. The location is perfect. Less than a 10 minute walk into the main downtown area. The neighbourhood is quiet and wonderful for walking. The property exceed my expectations and I had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

The house was impressive, indeed, especially the kitchen area which is used by all guests. The location was great and also the interior. Communication was good.

The room was small (probably 6-8 square meters) which was fairly OK, but the bed was really not up to standard. Internet connection was very slow. This is not adequate to the price and also the rest of the apt-house.

Fantastic and central place to stay in Luxembourg

Perfect location for sightseeing, lovely and clean apartment with great facilities (including well-equipped kitchen and coffee/tea), very clear instructions regarding keys and check-in, great communication and friendly and helpful staff.

As a group of three with 2 bedrooms, it would have been fantastic to have a small bench/few chairs to sit together other than on the bed in our rooms/front of rooms. There is a nice and comfortable common area downstairs though.

It was simple and easy to get in. The elevator was a bonus. There was an issue with the drain in the shower and it was fixed immediately.

The property is very nicely located next to the centre and there is a multi story parking next. It is spacious, luminous and comfortable.

Good location, small room but clean and comfy.

Location was great, a short walk to the tram station or the bus station. Just 2-3 stops away from the train station and 1 bus stop away to the town! Bed and linen were comfy. The room was a little cold and it looks like it is an attachment to the main building since I was on the first floor but could see that my room has a slanted room. The bottled water, bedroom slippers and sweets were a nice touch!

The room is a little small, I had space to open my cabin size luggage but would think that others might struggle with a bigger luggage. There is an attached shower in the room but the sink and toilet is in a separate bathroom outside. So it was a bit of a hassle going out to brush teeth or use the toilet, as I had to unlock and lock the room door each time I leave. The keys given were also the "old" kind, and I even used it to open another door on the same floor accidentally (a beauty salon...). The keyhole was also quite big and I could look through it to the hallway and I imagined others could do the same looking it. I had to sleep at night with the chair and my belongings against the door, and with a cloth covering the keyhole, but this might just be me as a paranoid solo female traveller!

For the money you are pretty close to the "balcony of Europe".

The bathroom is nice. Would have appreciated more towels, but that could be a cultural difference. This property is just fine for the money. This is an apartment, so for new people coming into the location it's a little tricky to figure out the entrance and exit. The owner was very attentive from the ring camera, but it wasn't an imperfect experience.

No TV or desk in the room. They never claimed to have them but as a constant world traveler, I just expected a small table and tv in my room.

Location near public transportation.

Overpriced for the value. Not an en-suite bathroom. Beds and pillows are super old and in poor condition. No refresh of towels. No breakfast, which is unusual for Europe. Other guests or residents were noisy.

I would return again and again

Emiliano is the BEST! Waited for us to help with the parking (our car was taller than the garage entrance), showed us inside the place, was very pleasant and helpful. The place is very nice and very clean. One of the very few places that had a mattress topper (!!), large room, coffee machine with EVERYTHING you need, a LARGE bathroom with great shower, electrical blinds, bathrobes & slippers ...

We couldn't stay longer!

Excellent choice for visiting beautiful Luxembourg.

Loved the elevator directly to the suite! Also it was spacious and modern. The location was good for drivers with parking close by in a secure lot. The ten minute walk into town over the bridge was very pleasant. Luxembourg city is a lovely place to spend a few days.

The suite could have used more seating apart from the bed and a table.

The hotel is wonderful and incredibly cozy, located within walking distance of the city center. As an interior designer, I always pay attention to the details — and here, everything is thoughtfully chosen with love and genuine attention to design. It’s also a lovely bonus that the hotel offers a small but well-equipped gym with everything you need for a good workout. Emiliano is a very welcoming host, he showed everything in the hotel quickly and unobtrusively, which was very pleasant. He was always available and responded to any requests or issues in the shortest possible time. His warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable♥️

Great location, walkable to sites, close to Team, very quiet, peaceful, spacious and nice. Owner was very nice. Met us in person, and kept our bags all day after we check out. Strongly recommend this place.

Nightmare on earth

The property is a building with few rooms there is nothing special, by the way it was another business in the same building, the only thing is a walking distance from the center.

There’s no AC it was a terrible night the whole building was super hot and the room was hell on earth , my kids where crying and I’m with menopause imagine how my night was. I don’t recommend this place the bathroom is separate from the rooms.

Fantastic location, clean and cute little loft apartment!

Absolutely fantastic location close to the tram and easy walking distance from Petrusse area. Safe area, clean and everything was great with the apartment. Good communication with the host and clear instructions for check-in. We enjoyed this space.

REALLY IMPORTANT NOTE: We booked the "deluxe king studio". As of booking, it showed that that room has a washing machine and dryer IN THE ROOM. It also says this in words in my booking in the description of the room - "this room is equipped with a washing machine". The room does *not* have a washing machine or a dryer. The machines are in the basement, and it is shared with the rest of the building. It is super dark at night and difficult to navigate if you don't know where you're going. We were not expecting to have to share washing facilities. I won't bore you with the details of us trying to wash our clothes but it was annoying and inconvenient and in my opinion, the listing was a misrepresentation of the facilities available. Shared facilities are fine, it's Europe, I get it! But you need to make that clear. The only other minor issues: I agree with others about the privacy concerns with how the blinds/shutters work on the windows - and there are people living right across from you that can see directly inside. The kitchen counter space is also TINY, you basically can't set anything down because the stovetop takes up any little bit of counter space there is and it's a touch stove, so you'll accidentally turn on the burners constantly. We had to use the dining room table to prep snacks and food. I would recommend a small island or something to give more prep space as there's a huge open space in the kitchen for one.

Exceptional property, would highly recommend it.

Excellent location, only 5 mins walk to the centre, in a very quiet and affluent area. Very close proximity to the tram stop, making it ideal for travelling to the airport. The property is modern, extremely well presented and very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this property, a very enjoyable stay.

very clean, centric enough and I really needed to relax so I booked with the hot tub/jacuzzi which did not disappoint! It even had a gift set of body aromatherapy essentials (bubble shower gel,bath salts,lotion, candle with a wooden wick etc)The bathroom is massive . Thank you for helping me relax after a stressful week.
