good stay 4 sure.

good communication from the host via digital. and it was a comfortable stay in a good size apartment for sure – deffo a good location. the bedrooms and bathrooms were totally clean and neat - with comfortable beds and good showers. the kitchen was good – had fun cooking our ramen noodles! there was access to a tv and decent wi-fi.

the entrance to the building isn’t the best – its a little dirty to be fair.

Excellent Apartment Excellent Location

Excellent communication from start to finish. Ideal location with tram and bus service outside. 3 minute walk to town centre. Apartment was 2 bedroom. 3 bathrooms. So clean beds so comfortable. Very spacious. Kitchen had all supplies. Very warm and cosy. Would stay again.

Location and very clean. Also the washer also is a dryer which was a much added bonus!

Overall, the apartment was wonderful.

I loved the space and it made us feel at home. It was a very comfortable stay.

I did not like the bar on ground floor. First night there was a couple by the main door to apartments and they must have been fighting. It made us feel uncomfortable. Second night though there were a lot of people outside of bar lingering near the entrance it was not as bad.

Stay Here, You Will Love it!

What a great apartment for your stay at Luxembourg. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, tram stop (free public transport in the city) right outside your door. The apartment was very clean and the facilities were excellent, we would stay here again in a heartbeat. This apartment was exactly what we needed at the time, it was spacious, great location, the hosts were good communicators, no complaints from us.

Beautiful apartment in prime location

The apartment was very spacious - quite large by european standards and with ample storage. The water pressure was excellent and the towel heaters were a nice touch. The lift from the street level was quite convenient as the unit was on the 4th floor. The location is perhaps the best part. Open the front door and you're at a main bus station and tram stop. All public transit in Luxembourg is free so this made it especially easy to get around.

Warm, clean and well furnished apartment in a great location for travel by public transport.

Perfect location very close to Hamilius tram stop, so easy to access both public transport and the old town. Large apartment, clean and with quality furnishings.

Would be useful to have the option of a twin bed set up in one of the rooms, for travelling with our young adult children.

A Home Away from Home; Excellent Stay in an Exceptional Property

The property was tastefully decorated, very well maintained, very clean and very comfortable; a true home away from home. The bathrooms were very clean and spacious. The is a large TV, and an excellent internet connection. The property has an elevator. We were very happy for the convenience of supplies (eg, washing-up liquid, dishwasher pods,coffee/tea, etc) so that we didn’t need to repeatedly visit the supermarket (a supermarket is located about 200m/2min walk away). There is crockery/cutlery/glasses/mugs etc; electric kettle, Nespresso espresso machine, washing machine/dryer and air dryer. The property’s photos accurately reflect the property. Communication with the property was exceptional and detailed.

Great apartment, great location.

This is a great, great apartment. It is very modern and very well-maintained. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. The combination living room/kitchen area is spacious. There is a small balcony overlooking the main street below. Although the neighborhood is very busy, the apartment was very quiet. A large number of buses, as well as the number 1 tram, stop just steps away from the apartment. It sits on the edge of the old town, affording easy access to all the major sites and a collection of good to great restaurants. Getting to this apartment from the train station or the airport is a breeze. And all public transportation in Luxembourg is free. Wow! Do not hesitate to book this apartment if it is available.

A well placed apartment

It is well located as to be within easy walking distance of trams and buses and close proximity to multiple restaurants and shopping. It is spacious and comfortable throughout the apartment. Provision of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery was adequate.

While it provided 4 coffee pods to be used, no tea sachets were provided. It would have been appreciated had it also provided some small pods of long life milk just to help the tired traveler who has had no chance to visit a supermarket upon arrival. The Housekeeper could have kept a close watch on the shower and hand wash gels which had been nearly depleted before our arrival. The detergent for the washing machine was also missing. An extra tea towel would have been helpful as one is clearly insufficient for a 5 day stay.

Central location but lacking any character or warmth

Very central location easy access to everything. Everything worked and it has all the appliances we needed for laundry and cooking and plenty of space.

There are no floor coverings and only the bare minimum furniture. It feels very much like a cold unloved bachelor apartment. The entrance is a bit busy and the bar downstairs can be loud. There are many pigeons in the windows so you can't open them or they will fly in which one did into our bathroom.

Location is amazing, right at the center! The apartment is so spacious and clean with 3 toilets, so convenient.

The parking address is not written anywhere and I asked before, still no address given! When we arrive we couldn’t find the parking and I have a call them to get the right address….this could definitely be improved!

Lovely Luxemburg

Gorgeous spacious 2 bedroomed apartment with all you need and very centrally located. Right outside is Hamilius bus/tram station. Just note people, if you don't know as we didn't, public transport within Luxemburg is free! So cool. Loved this place and can't recommended it highly recommended.

Wonderful location, just a couple of minutes walking until you’re in the heart of the city. Bus and tram stop right outside. Apartment was very clean and well presented, had everything you need. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

central, clean but hot (as no air con) and no useable balcony.

The property was central to all shops and restaurants. However the tram stops were just outside and you could feel and hear the vibrations from early morning to the early hours.

The balcony does not appear on any of the photos on booking.com, was full of dirt, pigeon poo and no furniture, it was not usable and therefore we had no outside space which was extremely disappointing as this is why we booked it.

PASSWORD and entry KEY PAD are not accurate

The KEY PAD at the entrance does not work properly. It took me several minutes to make it work. The PASSWORD for the Apartment entrance did Not worked during the 1st night. I had to stay in a different Hotel, and pay extra money for the last minute inconvenience.

I just got the refund for the 1st night, but did not get the extra money I had to pay for finding an alternative Hotel last minute.

Excellent Choice - Location location location!

We all loved the location, how close it was to the free public transport (very handy for the Airport) and in walking distance to most things. The apartment was one of the best we have stayed in and it had pretty much everything we needed. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. Supermarket is 2 min walk, plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance.

We didn't like the urine smell in the lift. I'm really unsure how it could smell so bad with the amount of security access in place. Not a must, but it would have been nice to have a microwave.

The place was big, very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. Communication with the host was very good

We had a very difficult time finding the parking garage. It would be nice to have the directions laid out because we circled around for 40 minutes.

Great location and clean space

Lovely place and easy access great instructions but unfortunately we had no hot water and wasn’t told. I have to message the host after waiting ten mins for hot water in shower. She then told me that the whole building had no hot water and wouldn’t have hot water as parts hard to get in. Unfortunately this made the stay uncomfortable as had to boil kettle water and use warm towel to wash.
