Fantastic base for our stay
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was extremely clean, modern, and very spacious, making it a comfortable place to relax. The location was excellent, with everything we needed right on our doorstep. The key collection was easy and hassle-free, and the apartment was beautifully warm and comfortable throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.
The only small improvements would be having a second key available and perhaps some wine glasses.

We love Luxembourg and will happily visit again.
Very spacious! Lovely bathroom and great layout. Well decorated. Felt very secure with 2 locked entrance doors. Good location and public transport is free. A friendly local told us about the Park and Ride which is a free car park as we had a roof box and couldnât get in any of the nearby car parks. Only 20 min walk to the Old Town.
You need to be aware of the location. We looked it up before we came so knew what to expect. There are certain parts of the road that you wouldnât walk late at night. The apartment was generally clean but the cupboard doors were grimy and the sofa is quite stained. Take pillows with you as only small square pillows provided - 1 each. Only 1 large towel each provided. Balcony overlooks a roof area and ashtray hadnât been emptied. Generally looks good though.

The apartment is great and exactly as shown in the photos. Comfortable beds, very good shower. The location is also good, being easy to get to the central station or catch the tram.

Centrally located, modern apartment
If you are arriving by train, the location is great. The apartment is modern and we loved having all windows equipped with shutters. The apartment is bright, updated and well secured. There were ample linens provided and all the beds (including the pull out sofa) were already set up and ready when we arrived. The owners communicated ahead of time to give check in information as well as contact information and, between the two owners, they speak multiple languages.
If you are arriving by car, it is quite far to parking. The street itself is primarily for pedestrian use but it is in a very busy area (most likely due to proximity to train station) and the street sounds could be heard in the apartment. We were so tired, it didnât bother us much when we went to bed but it may bother a light sleeper. A few items are showing wear like the kettle (which was beyond use) and some furniture.

Apartment was dirty. No parking, although advertised with parking. No welcome wine, although advertised. Only one wine glass. Only two towels for four people. No curtains or blinds on the windows. Groups of people arguing on the street- five police cars arrived to calm the situation.

Spacious apartment with 3 rooms near the train station. The apartment is rather basic but has everything you need for a short stay. It is suitable for bigger groups.
We requested and paid extra fee for the early check-in but got the keys one hour later than promised.

Spacious and Clean, but Major Issues with WiFi and Accessibility
I stayed here for one night and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the apartment was spacious and clean, which we appreciated. A surprising bonus was the well-stocked first aid kitâthis turned out to be extremely helpful when we encountered an emergency accident during our trip in Luxembourg.
However, there were some significant drawbacks. The apartment is only accessible via stairs, with no lift available. This made it very challenging to carry heavy luggage up, especially for a family group. I wouldnât recommend this place for travelers with a lot of bags or mobility issues.
The biggest issue for us was the lack of WiFi. Despite WiFi being listed as one of the amenities, there was no working connection throughout our stay. We contacted the host, who did come by to check, but unfortunately couldnât resolve the problem. As international travelers, WiFi is essential, and we felt let down by how this situation was handled. We even requested some form of compensation since this key amenity was not provided, but as of today (3rd May)âalmost a month after our stay (6â7 April)âwe have not received any reply.
Overall, while the apartment was comfortable and well-equipped in some aspects, the lack of WiFi and difficulty accessing the property really affected our experience.

We had apartment booked for 8 people but bedding and towels only provided for 6. One lock for bathroom and toilet which meant one was unlocked if using both at the same time. The kitchen isnât too well equipped.

Nice sized apartment in so so location
The apartment was nicely furnished, spacious, and clean. All amenities in the apartment functioned properly.
We arrived at the location pretty late at night and had a lot of trouble finding the apartment and parking. We ended up parking at the train station which is about a 5-10 minute walk (not bad, but with suitcases at night was a long way). A big part of the problem was that the street was under construction (obviously not the fault of the hosts). In the morning it turned out that there was a parking garage that we somehow missed upon arrival that would have helped us out a lot. In any case, the area around the apartment is quite dodgy at night (but fine in the day) and that made the entire check-in experience extremely uncomfortable for my wife. When we left in the morning, things went much smoother and much of our anxiety around the safety of the neighborhood dissipated.

Not So High Class Flat
We booked two of these rooms for a family of 12 for one night. There were two bedrooms and a pullout couch in each apartment that fit everyone. The property was spacious and decorated nicely. The gentleman from the bar did his best to try and keep us happy and helped us move our luggage to the room once it was available. The property was also in close walking distance to the train station and lots of bakeries/restaurants.
Although this isnât the propertyâs fault, on our way from the train station to the property, we witnessed people doing drugs on the street nearby. There was also construction going on that street so the atmosphere did not match up with the images that was posted with the property (understandably). Then once we got to the location to pick up the keys (said keys would be ready by 3pm and it was shortly after that time), we were told by the guy in the bar, that both rooms were not cleaned yet due to the previous guests leaving late. Two of us stayed with the luggage in the stairway until we saw the ladies leave the apartments. We moved all the luggage into the first apartment with the help of the gentleman from the bar. The rooms smelled like it had just been cleaned but there was also a blend of cigarette smoke which we assumed was coming in from the opened windows. We ended up leaving for the day to explore and then when we came back, and got everyone ready for bed, we noticed that the pullout couch was absolutely filthy, dishes hadnât been cleaned/put away from the previous guests and there were other minor cleanliness issues. Needlesstosay, we were paranoid sleeping in the beds (especially the couch) and all just slept on top of the sheets. The temperature was hot that day and with no AC, and not being able to open the windows due to all the cigarette smoke coming in, we had a toasty night. On a side note, the paperwork provided about the property mentions how they supply some snacks and drinks. There were no snacks or drinks, unless you found the unfinished beer in the fridge. Unfortunately this was our least favorite stay during our entire European adventure.
