We had an excellent stay.
Very nice apartment in a very nice building in a very nice neighbourhood, within easy reach of the city center. Free parking space in the underground parking garage. Bus stops just a few steps from the building (public transport is free in Luxembourg), very convenient. A bakery is right across the street. We spent a week in the apartment with three people and had an excellent stay.

Accueil et propreté décevants.
L’emplacement est pratique (bus et boulangerie juste en bas) et le design soigné.
La propreté dans l’appartement était inacceptable pour ce standing. Nous avons trouvé à notre arrivé toutes les surfaces sales, poussière et miettes au sol, canapé sale, tapis non aspiré, taches de collant sur les tables et poignées, WC pas nettoyés, draps et oreillers avec taches jaunes et odeur de sale. Très déçus par cette expérience. Nous avons contacté le service de gestion par téléphone et le personnel était très peu aimable. Le service de nettoyage qui nous a prétendument été envoyé n’est jamais venu et nos messages restés sans réponse. De plus le lit bébé payé à l’avance n’était pas installé à notre arrivée, puis sans matelas. Les tarifs proposés pour les équipements bébés sont très élevés (300€ pour une chaise bébé pour le séjour !) on sent bien que les familles avec jeunes enfants ne sont pas les bienvenues dans cet appartement. Attention parking à étage qui ne convient pas non plus à tous les véhicules, non mentionné dans l’annonce. Très déçus par l’accueil et la propreté, nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet appartement et ne le recommandons certainement pas.
