Struttura centralissima, comoda per girare tutta Pisa, ci hanno fatto trovare l’appartamento pronto in anticipo cosi abbiamo potuto posare i bagagli e andare in giro.

The location of this rental is very good, just off the main historic street. Not too far from the train station (about a 15-20 minute walk) and the Cathedral complex/museums (maybe 10 minutes). It seems to be in a very old historic building. A great living room. Comfortable beds. There is a small grocery store nearby. As typical in Italy, they ask you to take out your waste at the end of your stay. Also remember to register with your passports ahead of time to get the check-in instructions.
At almost $600/3 nights around the New Year's, we felt it was overpriced. But maybe this is comparable with other rentals in Pisa.
Check-in instructions were confusing (they said to open the code only when we found the building but in fact we had to open way earlier to actually find the building). We had to call the management company to figure out how to find the building.
The rental is a little more dated than it looks in the pictures but we still liked it very much. For example, the shower head did not stay in place when showering.
Nothing major. We still felt it was a very good option.
