Poloha na skok od všetkých pamiatok, blízko potraviny a všetko čo potrebujete. Oproti je krásny park v ktorom sa dá relaxovať, posedieť a vychutnať atmosféru.
Avšak pred oknom je terasa baru, ktorá bola hlučná dlho do noci. Nooo je to trošku nepríjemné, keď máte otvorené okno, dalo sa vydržať. V popise je mikrovlnná rúra, ktorá tam vôbec nebola a prišla by vhod. V byte bol cítiť nepríjemný zápach, je to daň za starú budovu a dispozíciu.

Šalia triukšmingas baras:( ir teko miegoti svetainėje, kurioje nėra kondicionieriaus- o naktis pasitaikė liepos mėnesį karšta. Ir pabudau sukandžiota- spėju tai buvo uodai.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro e a due passi c'è una pizzeria fantastica (strapizzami) una gelateria il supermercato e tanto altro. Il parcheggio accanto è a pagamento ma fondamentale per chi arriva in macchina. La struttura è fresca e accogliente, si combatte con le zanzare ma è così ovunque,un consiglio munitevi di fornelletti. La pulizia poteva essere un po' più approfondita ma nel complesso andava bene. La proprietaria è gentile e disponibilissima, torneremo a trovarvi.
Entrando in casa si sente un po' di odore di umidità ma a Pisa sono quasi tutte così le case e la pulizia della struttura poteva essere un po' più attenta ma nel complesso andava bene

Puzza di umidità, mancanza di bagno schiuma e shampoo, musica techno a volume altissimo dal piano superiore fino a notte fonda (terminata solo alla minaccia di intervento dei carabinieri ) mancanza della TV ( non indicata sulla scheda tecnica ma presente nelle foto)
