Místo, vše v dochodové vzdálenosti. Sprcha - kvalitní. Postel dobrá.

První večer nefungovala klimatizace (bylo opravdu horko). Stane se. Majitelé dali vše do pořádku během dalšího dne, komunikovali, snažili se.

The location is right down the street from the Leaning Tower and more importantly, across the street from a cafe, and next door to an ice cream shop and a pizza shop! The apartment is roomy and the bed was very comfortable.

Check in was ridiculous. It’s self- check in and the communication with the “ customer service” was spotty. The taxi had no problem finding it but from there, it was hard to fine- not marked from the outside and the apartment is 50 stairs up. It was be a great apartment if you don’t want to come and go with easy and don’t have luggage. There is no local advice about anything- no favored restaurants or info about how to call a taxi or anything tjat would commonly be available in a hotel or Airbnb. When i asked the customer service he said to check Google. Oh and the pull out bed in the living room was quite soft- only good for a young child or two. The couch it was pulled from has torn upholstery. It wasn’t needed - we were two people and told them so and it should have been closed so tjat we could use the main room.

It is a charming place, very close to the Pisa tower and the old city center. It is very quite and in a nice calm neighbourhood. There are restaurants and caffees right on the street. Kitchen was well equiped.

It could be cleaner. It is not dirty but not spotless either.

Gostei muito da estadia. O alojamento tem uma localização excelente, perto do centro da cidade, numa zona segura, com bons restaurantes e supermercado nas proximidades. Dispõe de todas as comodidades necessárias, é confortável e bastante silencioso durante a noite, o que permitiu descansar bem. Recomendo.

Como ponto menos positivo, por vezes nota-se um cheiro desagradável na casa de banho, algo que já tinha sido referido por outros hóspedes. No entanto, resolve-se facilmente mantendo a porta fechada e a janela aberta, não tendo causado qualquer incómodo significativo durante a estadia.
