Great location and a very clean apartment with good host company. People had mentioned cats outside but there were was one friendly cat owned by the neighbours who slept under the outside table and was no bother at all. We had a very nice stay.

A few steps to the local restaurants. There are a few pubs nearby and the stadium is 600m away. Check if there are any matches as the team is in Serie A (2025-2026 season) and can get tickets to see Italy's greats at a fair price.

The decor was simple and functional. All amenities including a clothes washer/dryer were included. The temperature was always comfortable and there were radiators and AC units in each room. Entry was completely keyless and easily explained. Location was fantastic, a few minutes from the tourist center and 8-10 minutes walking to the Tower, while being extremely quiet and peaceful. The yard is charming and has several friendly cats.
Only drawback to the location (not the fault of the hosts but the city of Pisa) is that it's located at the border of the tourist area where taxis are charged extra to enter. If ordering Uber or a local taxi company you'll have to walk about 150m north to order it.

La cercanía de la Torre
El olor a gatos tan fuerte para entrar al departamento; que nos cobrarán un extra por llevar a nuestra mascota (lo cual no estaba claro en la página de Booking) y unos impuestos extra que tuvimos que pagar de 15E por estar en la ciudad y que debimos de pagar al usar una aplicación adicional para abrir la puerta del departamento.
