Mossotti Street Apartment

Martina was as helpful as all the reviews say, she even prepared a much needed big bottle of water for us in the fridge prior to our arrival! Our flight only landed a little past midnight and while Martina herself was not there to physically welcome us, she stayed awake until I had messaged that we had safely made it inside the apartment. The instructions to retrieve the keys were crystal clear and Martina had additionally sent a picture of the keybox so that we knew what it looked like. The location itself was perfect, it was neither too far from the airport (a 30 minute walk), the train station, or the tower and numerous restaurants in the area. The supermarket located quite literally next to the apartment also made it very easy to stock up on both drinks and snacks at any time during the day. The apartment itself was very well equipped and clean, but I would recommend bringing along an extension cord to charge your devices if you have a lot of them due to the limited number of wall sockets. Most importantly, it was very quiet inside the apartment even when the nearby bar was full of people chatting away. The two TVs both equipped with smart functionality in both rooms was a nice touch and made it feel more like home. During our stay we also had the unexpected bonus of experiencing Luminara di San Ranieri, which was very beautiful and a wonderful experience. Thanks to the location of the apartment, we were able to pop down to the riverside and watch the fireworks basically right from our doorstep without having to squeeze through the huge crowds of people.

If you have heavy luggage or are with elderly family members, then the stairs might be an issue for you. The front door of the apartment is also a little finicky at first, but once you learn to pull the door back whilst turning the key then it becomes very simple and easy to open the door. The limited number of wall sockets can be an issue for those with many phones and devices to plug in and charge.

We had a really nice stay in the apartment that has everything! The bed is so comfy and the location is great and close to grocery shop, train station and Pisa Tower. We also went on foot to the airport (25min walk) :)

Városközponti elhelyezkedés csodálatos! Martina kedves, rugalmas megbízható! A repülő kicsit késett de még ezt is megoldottuk. Még étterem ötletet is kaptunk. Mindenkinek ajánlom!

Appartamento in posizione davvero strategica, a metà strada tra la stazione e Piazza dei Miracoli, a due passi dalla movida ma senza compromessi sulla tranquillità notturna

Non abbiamo potuto utilizzare l’aria condizionata a causa di un imprevisto, ma non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno perché l’appartamento è fresco. Martina ci aveva comunque fatto trovare 2 grossi ventilatori che abbiamo usato poco.
