Located in Downtown Wilmington's Historic District, our home was built in 1889! Known as the "Cummings-Taylor House", on a cobblestone paved-road and consists of three spacious, private/separate apartments. It has been completely, meticulously renovated & decorated to preserve its rich history + aesthetic.
• 10 minute walk/4 blocks to the heart of downtown Wilmington & Riverwalk!
- Come relax, enjoy & make yourself at home in this spacious and serene space.
Embrace all the charm of a historically-preserved property, filled with natural lighting throughout, yet every amenity of a modern home that you'll need during your trip!
• You'll be staying in the completely private/separate, bottom floor apartment of the triplex.
• There are guests that may be staying in the apartments located above and below.

Our stay at the "Historic Gem" was excellent. Owners were very communicative and provided us a wonderful experience while we were in Wilmington. Being so close to downtown was great and allowed us to explore historic Wilmington. I would definitely stay in the Historic Gem again. Beds were great, amenities were very comfortable and the unit was very clean and east to access. Wonderful time!!!!
