Waterfront Sunset Views in Port City Wilmington NC

The location is fantastic. It's on the 2nd floor of the building, right above the boardwalk and just steps away from the river. The balcony is very comfortable and is excellent for both people watching and for sunsets. During the summer, the balcony can get quite hot during the afternoon, but in the mornings, it is wonderful. Access to the place was quite easy and we were provided with excellent entry instructions prior to our arrival. The apartment itself is very comfortable and within easy walking distance to most anything you would want to visit downtown.

There isn't any counter space in the kitchen to place things on, other than a sliver of counter between the stove and the refirgerator and the same between the stove and the wall. The water pressure in the shower is not great, even though the water pressure from the tub spout seems very good. There also isn't much space in the bathroom to put your things, mimimal counter around the sink is basically it.

The location was perfect. We enjoyed all the local food and bars.

Close parking was expensive. We were given places to park that were more affordable and the walk was nice.
