This well appointed carriage house unit features a 55" flat screen TV with streaming apps, high speed Wi-Fi, full kitchen with dishwasher, Keurig with complimentary coffee, tea, and and hot chocolate, dining area, premium bedding, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Living room includes a pull-out queen sofa bed with comfortable memory foam mattress. Stocked with board games and puzzles. Located behind the main home, the upstairs carriage house apartment has contact-free, keyless access. What a fantastic house! The hosts were very friendly and made some great accommodation for the unfortunate weather!The home was very clean and tidy!We will be using this home when we come back to Wilmington!

Our third excellent stay at this fabulous carriage house. Our pup enjoyed playing in the church yard next door, and we loved the easy access to the river walk and historic district. The hosts think of all the details to make for a comfortable stay. We’ll be back!

What a great carriage house!!! Had everything we could need for a wonderful weekend in Wilmington. Great location, plenty of parking, hosts were easy to contact and communicate with, tons of amenities!!! Would recommend 10/10
