The interior has been completely remodeled. Fully equipped kitchen, fresh paint, new bathroom with walk in shower, rainforest shower head, on demand water heater and plush towels and linens.

We consider sleep while traveling a top priority so each bedroom is equipped with new, hybrid mattresses, high quality linens, a selection of pillow types and although the neighborhood is extremely quiet at night, there are white noise machines for top notch rest.
We enact strict, cleaning and sanitation practices. You can be assured everything in the home will be professionally and thoroughly cleaned and linens double washed.

Devon was a great host, he was quick and responsive. The home was nice, but the overhead light in the queen bedroom did not work and the grass was quite long. Overall it was a convenient location to everything in Wilmington.

We had a great time! The house was great, it had everything we needed! The washer/dryer was awesome to have especially with all our beach visits! The fenced in backyard was also so nice to have for our dogs! Overall it is a great place and we hope to come back!
