We had a lovely stay with clean accommodations, nicely decorated & conveniently located to restaurants & breweries. The hosts provided information to make our stay a breeze. They even told about surrounding places to visit.

Communication was exceptional! The process for check in was very clear and easy. The host reached out to check on us and gave great information. The kitchen was well stocked. The rooms were clean and the location can’t be better!

This was one of those rare occasions where the property was even better than advertised. Clean, crisp, refreshed...I know I made it sound like a soft drink...but the owners detailed this place out like no other VRBO I have seen. It's like staying at a resort when you are on the inside. And when you walk outside you are immersed in everything downtown Wilmington has to offer. The location is very close to all the best restaurants and bars in Wilmington. Book this place if you want the downtown Wilmington experience and it was cheaper than most others and a hotel. Only advice is because of the proximity to the Wilmington bar and restaurant scene, you might here music coming from a few of them at night. Which if you are out past midnight won't be a problem. Book it.
