Very nice condo in a great location downtown. Close to everything, clean, and well maintained. Great communication from the owners. This is in the middle of downtown so be prepared for some nightclub noise coming from Front St if you are staying on a Friday or Saturday night.

Pre-stay communication was great and very clear. The place was well stocked, organized, and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and will book again when visiting Wilmington.
