Comfortable & convenient second floor apartment located in duplex on 3rd St. There is open concept floor plan living, dining, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and free on street parking. Fully equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You'll love the hardwood floors and watching the world race by from the comfort of your front balcony
Located across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.
Please note, the fireplace is not usable.

We all liked our stay in your rental It was perfect for us I have two suggestions1 some hooks for hanging clothes jammies etc2 a roll or two more toilet paper We bought one so new folk wouldn't be without

From its photo, you might expect a quiet getaway, but because of its proximity to highways and downtown, there is a lot of street traffic. Noise notwithstanding, the inside and on the porch are very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessities and even pantry staples. Parking was ample -- street and backyard. Lovely walk among the Historic homes to the water. I would stay again!
