The host was responsive and offered us an early check-in which was wonderful! We were only minutes from downtown which included numerous restaurants, shopping, and we even enjoyed a boat ride! The house was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the fenced in backyard for our pet. The kitchen had lots of extras which was nice! We would recommend this rental.

Easy check in, great communication and a nice, clean space with all the amenities. Fenced yard was great for our dogs as well. Area is within walking distance of tons of downtown amenities including restaurants, shopping and more. Also just a short drive to the beach. Would stay here again!

This stay is beautiful, close to grocery stores, restaurants, cafes and the beach. The house is comfortable, cozy and ample. We enjoyed our visit to Wilmington and highly recommend this to family and friends.

Inside of home nicely renovated. Backyard pretty nasty, wouldnt trust leaving dog inside "fence" alone. Although neighborhood was rundown and questionable we didnt experience any problems during our stay. AC thermostat was locked which sucked. I'll give owner kudos for working with us as we had to alter dates because of storms and flooding...
