Come stay in this newly renovated historic property. This upstairs unit, of a freestanding historic duplex, was built in 1903, the same year the Wright Brothers made their historic flight.
As a tribute, this unit has been completely redesigned with propeller ceiling fans and state of the art technology. This tranquil, eclectically furnished, upstairs unit, includes niceties such as open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, high speed internet, 75" OLED TV, and SMART home technologies.
You will have the entire upstairs floor (approx. 1100 square feet) to yourselves.
Everything (bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, living room, furnishings) are new as of May 2022.

Absolutely beautiful home. Modern amenities with some antique touches throughout. The kitchen was clean, modern and fully stocked. Nice quiet neighborhood. We walked to the Riverwalk and the cargo district, they were both long walks, but walkable. We would love to stay here again the next time we visit our daughter.

This apartment is located in a quiet historic neighborhood exactly as the listing stated. We found it to be extremely charming. The hosts had everything we could of wanted and more. We were both surprised and delighted. The apartment is clean and comfortable with a sophisticated decor of both old and new. In short, the place is perfect. Any return visit to Wilmington will include another stay here. Jeff was a super communicator and very responsive. Thank you for an exceptional stay
