Beautiful farmhouse in heart of downtown Wilmington right by River walk. NO CLEANING FEE! Absolutely stunning balcony in this tastefully designed gem. We provide everything you need. Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

Great house and location. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Loved the side yard for the pups. Walking distance to downtown and riverfront. Cant say enough good things about this stay.

everything was awesome, certainly the house needs a little work, and the outside porch needs to be cleaned ,.but overall good .
