We came for a Celebration of Life for my mother. The other reviews were spot on! There is a loud bar near. a loved it anyway! . The bedrooms were away from the noise and we were able to rest without too much noise. We loved being able to walk everywhere and the proximity to the riverwalk was perfect! I suggest this place for couples and adults who want to have fun and enjoy great food! I grew up in Wilmington and I loved being close to so many fun places and things that reminded me of home!

The apartment was perfect for attending the Film Festival, we could walk to the theatre and Uber to the events that were farther away.
The apartment was very clean, comfortable, great downtown location, close to the shops.
The bedrooms were very quiet.

The apartment was beautiful!! Truly. Issue was it was listed as family friendly and it’s not. If we were going to be going out until 1am it would be great because of location, but we had a 3 year old and it was INSANELY loud because of the bars, which would’ve been fine if we hadn’t had a child with us. The heat wasn’t working which the owners told us about but they said there were ample space heaters, there were two tiny ones that we had to move from room to room.
