One block down you are on river walk with shops and waterview dining. One block to right you are at coffee, cupcake shop, pubs, arts craft's museum's, fine dining,local grocers, beautiful historical buildings, ghost tours and even get your own private horse and buggy tour of all of downtown. So quite when you want to relax away from noise of hustle and bustle but one block from all the action. 20 min ride to ocean. Can uber so don't have to worry about parking. Very rare 2 car private parking driveway on property.

Clean space. Roomy for a small space. Could use some updates and fixing of flooring. Closets packed with junk was off putting. Would have liked to know there would be people above us since it was "whole house to yourself". Overall it worked for what we needed it for.
