After figuring out the app issue and finally getting there I liked the digital key app and the place was super comfortab
Super clean and spacious and well-stocked
I didnt like the inflexibility of the passport scans and uploads of each person and taxes being paid all done digitally and through an app. It became an issue when a person in my party had a problem with the app and there was no other way except through this app, the host insisted. I found that impersonal and cumbersome since we needed to stress about this before we even arrived.

Ciao! Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 adulti e 2 bambini, l’appartamento era spazioso e in una posizione raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale di Bologna a piedi o prendendo l’autobus per 4 fermate; Vicino al centro raggiungibile anche a piedi, noi abbiamo soggiornato per un concerto al Unipol Arena che si trova nel Casalecchio del reno e c’era un pullman numero 975 (diretto) tra la stazione e l’arena quindi perfetto. Host Gentile, educato e alla mano al momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno

Tutto pulito e nuovo. Casa molto grande, calda e accogliente. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per trascorrere un soggiorno al meglio. C'erano perfino gli assorbenti in bagno (dettaglio che ho apprezzato) dentifricio. Cucina super attrezzata, macchinetta per caffè, scalda-acqua, tostapane. Letti comodi. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione e vicino al centro (si arriva tranquillamente a piedi). Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte ma se si decide di rimanere più giorni c'è anche tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Proprietario gentile e disponibile.
Per la capienza (fino a 6) secondo me un solo bagno è poco. Però è molto grande con vasca e due lavandini, quindi si può stare in coppia. Ma questo è un dettaglio personale.
