Perfect base for Bologna weekend

Casa Luz is very clean and comfortable and well equipped for a city break in Bologna. Marcos communication and responses / help was excellent, we really appreciated his flexibility. Thank you!

Wonderful place, great host, amazing!

The apartment was great, one of the best accommodations we’ve had in Italy. The host was very helpful, responsive at our needs and very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Bologna. The rooms, bathroom and kitchen were clean, we had a big balcony, it exceeded our expectations.

Pleasant apartment for a short stay

Clean, comfortable, great communication with owner. Nice little kitchen and a grocery store nearby(except closed on Sunday and holidays it seems).

It was far from center. Too far to walk. Taxis were difficult to find. We finally figured out the bus system and finally found some good restaurants nearby in Via Andrea Costa, but it would have been great to have these references without having to explore so much on our own. The neighborhood is obviously not accustomed to tourists. Also this is a bring your own soap/body wash, bring your own shampoo establishment. There is no shelf or surface to put your things in the shower except on the floor. Also there was no extra toilet paper - luckily the owner gave us the code for the cleaning closet, so I was able to get some from there. It would be nice to have more amenities in the bathrooms.

Czysto, przyjemnie, bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem.

Bardzo czysto, zadbane mieszkanie, wygodne łóżka. W aneksie kuchennym dostępna płyta indukcyjna, talerze, kubki, sztućce oraz garnki, zmywarka. W kuchni czekały świeże ścierki do naczyń i kapsułki do zmywarki. W każdym pokoju jest ekspres do kawy i kawa, ręczniki, mydło do rąk. Ładne, zadbane i czyste łazienki. Niezwykły właściciel, który interesował się czy potrzebujemy pomocy, dawał rady i naprawdę jest cudownym gospodarzem. Wszystko było zgodne ze zdjęciami. Przystanki autobusowe w różne części miasta w odległości 300-600 m od obiektu. Pod blokiem dobra pizza.

Remek, ajánlom!

A szálláshely nagyon kellemes és modern volt, minden szobához külön fürdő volt, ami plusz pont. Nagyon jó volt a kommunikáció a tulajdonossal is, nagyon segítőkész volt, a fűtési szezon még nem indult el, kicsit hideg volt a szálláson, de a tulaj segített nekünk ebben is. Busszal könnyen megközelíthető a belváros.

Az utca zaja kicsit behallatszódott, a zárt ablakok ellenére is.

Soggiorno super piacevole e proprietario gentilissimo

Struttura molto curata e adatta a 3 coppie. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno (cosa molto rara) e c'è un soggiorno/cucina in comune. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha offerto anche il late check-out. Super consigliato!

Una camera era più piccina e gli asciugamani erano per una persona sola sebbene ci fosse una coppia. Posizione ok a 20 min a piedi dal centro.

Zona a fost foarte bună, aproape de mijloacele de transport, camerele arată foarte bine, fiecare cameră are baie proprie, totul a fost la superlativ, inclusiv gazda!
