Good comfortable stay with great views
The property is excellent and equipped with all basic amenities. The view from the balcony is amazing. The breakfast is served at a restaurant in the same building and was the highlight of the stay.
The room could have some carpets or provide with bathroom slippers. There is a grocery store coming up in the building which would be great since there isnt much around the building.

The apartment was worth the price and we loved the view. Location was great, but there's not that many restaurants close to the apartment.
Would be better if they offer better shower gel and shampoo, not the shampoo packets. Bath Towels were rough.

We really liked staying at the Appartement!
The property is in great condition.. There is plenty of parking. There is an elevator that goes right up to the car garage. The supermarket wasn’t open yet, but if it is, shopping in that area will become easier. There are a lot of restaurants in the area that we really liked.
Troy, and it's good value for money. We really loved the staff and the set up of the mix apartments, if we needed something it was taken care of
Please consider getting a bed or sofa for the living room, as it can feel a bit cramped.

Luxury apartments, super staff, just the issue with the room but overall ok
The wind blew a towel out of the balcony and the staff pick it up, washed and dryed it for us without even requesting so.
A room was not prepared accordingly, a sofa bed for 2 was very small.

Everything was new!
Everything new and very clean, personnel very friendly. Good beds and facilities, you can find a washing machine and a rack to hang clothe to dry.
Windows are not well isolated, so you could hear the noise of the beach parties and cars passimg by during the whole night.
Breakfast was offered from 8 till 11 but the first day we needed to wait till 8:22 for the restaurant to open.
Parking is very tricky for big cars, you need to watch out when you go down.

Feel ripped off, way overpriced. I really don't know why they had a great review before!
1. The interior is modern and clean.
2. The pancake at breakfast was actually quite good.
3. The shower pressure and hot water were consistent and strong.

I’ve traveled to 55 countries, and unfortunately, this property ranks among the top 3 worst experiences I’ve ever had. Here’s why:
1. Unbearable sewer smell throughout the apartment.
2. Pitch dark hallway outside the apartment—no motion sensor light close to our apartment, forcing you to walk 10+ meters in complete darkness.
3. Non-functional kitchen: detergent stored in a Pepsi bottle, no dish towel
4. No towel hooks or bars anywhere—not even one in the bathroom.
5. Dangerously slippery stairs with no railing—an accident waiting to happen.
6. Breakfast “extras” upcharge: even a non-Americano coffee costs more.
7. Rough pillow sheets and extremely uncomfortable pillows—even my kids complained, and they usually sleep through anything.
8. Very limited bedding/blankets—not enough for a family or even one person to sleep comfortably.
9. Towels felt like car rags—coarse and unpleasant to use.
10. No bedside lighting—only a harsh ceiling light.
11. No bedside power outlet, making it inconvenient for charging devices.
12. Poor soundproofing—when neighbors’ doorbells rang, we thought it was ours.
13. Tiny bathroom—the door can’t even fully open.
14. Surroundings are full of construction—noise, dust, and debris everywhere.
15. Our 3rd-floor view was half blocked by four or five massive, ugly construction sites.
16. A deep, dangerous hole near the main entrance—likely an electrical base—with no warning sign whatsoever.
17. Extremely poor management—the place simply isn’t ready to operate as a hotel.
To make things worse, the price is almost comparable to a St. Regis at Belgrade, but the experience was nowhere near that standard. For what we paid, the quality was shockingly low. I honestly felt ripped off and misled by the previous reviews. Either we were very unlucky, or the rating system needs a serious check.

Very nice premium apartments, we enjoyed staying here and recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially Hannah who was AMAZING help to us. Great sea views to watch the sunsets and easy location to come and go out of Sarande by car.

The hotel seems very new and not adequately set up.
Clean, spacious, decent bed, responsive owner when it came to issues.
Hot water and wifi didn’t work for the first day, no aircon remote, only one knife, no kettle, no dishwashing liquid, no washing machine liquid, shower doesn’t drain properly and floods the bathroom every time, there were rarely staff at reception, location is far away from good food options.

A modern apartment in a quiet area of Saranda
A very good and new apartment located about a 40-minute walk from the center of Saranda. Quiet neighborhood, close to the river. The apartment itself included a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Spacious balcony with a sea view. The building was constructed around a year ago.

Comfortable and plenty of room
The apartment was large. A nice balcony with a view of the sea. It was very clean on arrival. It was nice to make use of the kitchen for breakfast and a washing machine. It has everything you need. The host was kind. We slept well as the mattress was firm and the pillows soft!
I highly recommend this one for a comfortable stay.
There were a few minor issues with the apartment since it's very new, such as WiFi and toilet water, but all those things were resolved quickly since the host was eager to help with anything.

Sehr sauber, bequeme Betten, schicker Marmorboden, Küche, grosser Balkon, Aufzug, Preis-Leistung ist gut.
Keine Nachtischlampen, nur ungemütliche Beleuchtung auch im Wohnzimmer, im Bad kann man seine Handtücher nirgends aufhängen, wirkte insgesamt unfertig. Kein Luxus, aber ok für den Preis.

Dans le second appartement qui nous a été proposé la vue était sympa.
Expérience catastrophique !
Nous avions réservé un appartement avec vue, il s’est avéré que la vue était sur le parking. Mais s’il n’y avait que ça ! À notre arrivée pas de réceptionniste c’est le personnel de la pizzeria à côté qui a dû nous fournir les clés tant bien que mal… Arrivés dans l’appartement tout est sans dessus dessous canapé démonté, travaux en cours, matériel de ménage dans la salle de bain, fils qui sortent des murs et j’en passe. Après avoir appelé une réceptionniste que nous avons attendu 20 minutes sans aucune excuse, l’annulation de notre séjour a été refusée par le manager malgré les problèmes rencontrés seulement un autre appartement nous a été proposé comportant lui aussi de très nombreux défaut (cuisine sale, murs cassés…)

Gostamos da localização ,o apartamento é moderno mas tem um ponto muito mau: ao tomar banho a casa de banho fica cheia de água e temos nos de o apanhar com a esfregona e o balde ,saliento que também lá se encontra uma máquina de lavar roupa lá e a possibilidade de alguém ser electrocutado e muito grande.

O apartamento é muito bonito e confortável
Ficamos uma semana, a limpeza só aconteceu uma vez, depois de insistir muito. Não tinha funcionários na recepção, precisamos de um ferro de passar é só entregaram dois dias depois. Pedimos papel higiênico e simplesmente ignoraram nosso pedido, tinha apenas um pela metade no banheiro. Falta utensílios na cozinha também.

מקום נוח ומרכזי, רחוק מעט מהמרכז ומההמולה, שקט וצוות מסביר פנים ומנסה לתת מענה טוב לצרכים שלנו.
החדר המקורי היה דלוקס, קטן מאוד מאוד, עם נזילת מים וללא נוף, שידרגתי לחדר גדול בתמורה לתוספת מחיר, זרם המים חלש מאוד מאוד, גם לאחר מספר תלונות הזרם היה ונותר חלש מאוד, ארוחת הבוקר במסעדה הסמוכה בסיסית ביותר, ללא קפה קופוצינו רק אספרסו ומיץ או תה, המסעדה אמורה לפתוח בשעה 08:00 אך בפועל פותחים רק ב 08:30, שירות טוב ואדיב.

Sehr schönes und neues Apartement, welches auch sehr schön eingerichtet ist. Schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr gute Betten stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. das Apartement ist etwas abseits vom Zentrum, dies haben wir gewusst, dafür ist es sehr ruhig. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich von den Bertreibern empfangen. Parkplatzmögluchkeiten stehen ebenfalls um das Haus kostenlos zur Verfügung.
