The view from the room. We had ( see side)

We have stayed for 8 days. The breakfast, we had the feeling to be eating things cooked some days before. They were not fresh. Some of them very oily and recooked. Coffee was awful. You need to pay to get something decent. The cleaning staff were Smacking in our balcony and leaving the cigarette butt in the ashtray. We don’t smoke, and the day before it was clean. Beach was not sandy, it was stones, cement and full of broken glass from bottles. My girlfriend cut her toe twice. Loud music on the beach. Not relaxing. Towels often missing. When you ask the staff for something they say they’ll contact you but never will. Not in details, even if it’s an expensive hotel for the region. Sometimes you see they are 5 stars hotel, others 4 but they look like 3. :(

Perfect location with nice hotel rooms but horrible staff.

Location and Room

The staff were horrible. Private parties with loud music. Once you complain, they take revenge by forgetting to clean your room for the rest of your stay. Also they seem to be unwilling to clean tables at breakfast. If they do, then it is at such a high speed that you could have eaten twice in the time they cleaned. To further enhance the breakfast experience, you also had to pay for coffee at breakfast. This is unacceptable for a supposedly four star hotel which charges around 150€ per night. But it does not stop there. When ordering drinks at the lounges or at the pool, you had to pay directly. Super annoying if you go there without your phone or wallet. The pool also uses saltwater which might be alright for some people but should be indicated before booking.

Since we arrive we got the feeling that we enter on another extension of our family. The staff were always friendly, with a smile on their face, service in reception, the restaurant, the pool beach club were also spotless. Thank you to all....we will come back for sure

Modern beautiful hotel with great views & staff.

Property was very modern, very clean, lifts, all rooms had sea views, small pool, private beach & sea swimming area (metres from the pool); plenty of sunbeds, beach bar (small beer 250LEK/£2/€2.50), daily cleaning, good size rooms & bathrooms, safe in room & WiFi in room & throughout hotel. Good breakfast. The bed was so comfortable! Walk to Sarande seafront (main restaurant area) was 1.5 miles, this area was busier but it was a pleasant & easy walk (not steep hills) with good views & plenty of restaurants enroute. Was nice to stay out of the main area which was a lot quieter. Staff (reception, cleaners, breakfast staff) were very friendly especially Alsi on reception who was super happy & went out of her way to help me - who ordered me a taxi for 5:30am for my ferry; gave advice about where I could run in the mornings & even got me 2 boxes of my favourite tea when the hotel had run out. Also when I arrived I had been booked into a twin room (but I was staying alone), I said I wasn’t bothered & Alsi said it was unfair for me to sleep in a smaller bed so she upgraded me to a larger room (king size bed) - thank you so much!

Would ask to refill the tea everyday & provide normal black tea; coffee & milk. Also provide small bottle of water would be nice, at least on 1st night, but these things not essential. Bar staff could’ve been a little friendlier

Beautiful, Clean & Fun!

My Fiancé and I stayed at Joelle Hotel for 8 nights and I was so sad to leave! Hotel staff are very welcoming, friendly, and property overall is extremely clean! Breakfast was delicious and dinner was outstanding! Atmosphere was aesthetically pleasing & overall beautiful! The Deluxe King Room with Sea View (5th Floor) was absolutely gorgeous! The private beach access, lounge bar and canopy beds was the cherry on top! If you’re thinking about booking, DO IT! Whether your stay is for business or to simply relax and enjoy beautiful Sarande, Joelle Hotel is the place to be. All I can say is, Albania will forever have my heart. Thank you Joelle Hotel and Staff for a wonderful and beautiful stay! It truly was my home away from home. Kindly, The Romero’s from California. 🫶🏻

Probably the best hotel in Albania

One of the best hotels in Serande. It's brand new and everything is super clean with sea view.. The owner is amazing, attends to anything you need and the staff are exceptional. The restaurant food was of Michelin quality and the beach was exactly what you need for relaxing. They also have an EV charger which is perfect as I came with an electric car.

Vi älskade personalens oerhörda engagemang att få oss att trivas. Från den stunden man checkade in så kände man sig som en del av deras familj! Personalen i receptionen får fullpott och likaså Elton och killarna i beachbaren! Fantastiska rum med enastående utsikt. Vi kommer garanterat tillbaka redan nästa år. Tack för att ni gjorde vår resa helt toppen och vi rekommenderar detta hotell till alla!

Moderne Einrichtungen, nicht unbedingt zweckdienlich jedoch. Super freundliche Receptionist, half bei einem gewünschten Zimmerwechsel in die oberen Etagen. Danke nochmals!

Parkmöglichkeiten sehr begrenzt, Anfahrt sehr steil. Frühstück grausam! Kaffee ungenießbar, Specials nur gegen Aufpreis.

Er was geen (prive) strand, geen spa, geen mogelijkheid om je toilettas in de badkamer te zetten, elke dag hetzelfde ontbijt, extra betalen voor cappuccino en een lange stijlen trap om bij het hotel te komen.

Traumlage und Traumurlaub - näher am Meer geht nicht!

Wir waren wirklich begeistert vom Hotel. Der Blick aus unserem Dreibett-Zimmer war unglaublich schön. Den kann man nicht toppen. Direkt am Meer - näher geht nicht - und jeden Tag ein wunderschöner Sonnenuntergang. Das Hotel ist komplett neu und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker - immer mit frischem Obst, Pancakes und Crepes. Lediglich der Kaffee könnte stärker sein. Der Strand verfügt über einen schwimmenden Steg, über den man das Meer ebenfalls erreichen kann - eine sehr coole Sache, wenn etwas Wellengang ist. Da das Hotel nicht ganz im Zentrum von Saranda liegt, ist es fein ruhig, außer der Musik von der hoteleigenen Beach Bar bis rund 23 Uhr. In der Umgebung findet man viele nette und günstige Restaurants mit wunderbarem Fisch und Meeresfrüchten. Wir, meine zwei Töchtern und ich, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Ausflüge und Bootstouren haben wir uns selbst organisiert, da war die Rezeption nicht besonders hilfreich, auch wenn alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich sind.

Considero que es un hotel con mucho potencial pero sin experiencia y por ello necesita muchas mejoras. El precio no corresponde a lo que ofrecen ya que entre otros motivos: mi habitación tenía un balcón de 50cm, la rampa del parking tiene una pendiente de aproximadamente 20% sin protección al final, el parking no tiene suficientes plazas y se tienen que quedar tus llaves para mover el coche a su gusto y cuando quieres salir tienes que esperar a que muevan el resto de coches, el desayuno está frío, la zona de la piscina resbala, no hay zonas comunes… Todo esto son recomendaciones para una futura mejora, ya que creo que mejorando estos aspectos el hotel podría ser mucho más ideal y podría corresponder al precio.Y no soy persona de poner pegas ya que tb tengo un alojamiento

La climatisation ne fonctionne que si on est dans la chambre donc impossible de laisser un 25 degrés ambiant La douche garde mal le chaud et le froid, pas d'étagère, douche qui s'evacue très mal Le parking est trop petit et tellement pentu que ça fait flipper tous les clients Pas de SPA Piscine à l'eau de mer Cocktails mauvais et très chers, fait avec du jus bas de gamme

Tout était parfait. Chambre spacieuse, propre avec une vue plus que magnifique !! Une bonne piscine en front de mer, un accès direct à la mer avec un coin parasol transat inclus. Petit déjeuner classique en self Nous n’avons pas regretté.

Rommene, bassenget,strandhåndkle, vennlig personale og grei gåavstand til byen, hvis du liker å gå litt.

Hadde trøbbel med bookingen, vi hadde bestilt, men hotellet hadde ikke vår booking. Det samme for familien vi reiste sammen med. Om det er booking eller hotellet er uvisst. Men hotellet ordnet rom til oss, så de gjorde så godt de kunne.

Heerlijk relaxed verblijf gehad

Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum maar direct aan het eigen (prive) strand en op loopafstand van vele restaurants en de boulevard. Wij hadden alle intenties om dingen te ondernemen in de omgeving maar uiteindelijk hebben wij 3 heerlijke dagen bij het hotel doorgebracht, een zeer welkome afwisseling met de rest van onze vakantie in Albanië. Het uitzicht vanaf de zeer comfortabele kamer was fenomenaal. Daarnaast was er meer dan genoeg ruimte om de koffers kwijt te kunnen. We hebben iedere avond kunnen genieten van de zonsondergang. Het personeel, met name dat van de beachclub waar we de meeste tijd hebben doorgebracht, was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spreken goed Engels. Al met al hebben wij een super fijne tijd gehad tijdens ons verblijf en we hopen nog een keer terug te kunnen komen.

Het ontbijt was erg lekker en uitgebreid maar als we een kleine tip mogen geven, probeer het wat beter warm en vers te houden.

Tellement décevant

Hôtel sympa mais nous avons eu une série de problèmes alors que nous n'y étions que deux nuits début juin. Problème numéro 1 : le parking. L'hôtel inclus une place de parking cependant il n'en possède qu'une petite dizaine en sous sol.Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec 3 voitures derrière nous avec impossibilité de bouger sans bouger les 3 autres. Après plusieurs allez retour a la réception impossible de récupérer notre voiture car impossible de faire bouger une des voitures. On nous a finalement prêter une voiture ... Problème numéro 2: le petit déj. Arrivé au petit dej à 9h15 déjà plus grand chose au buffet et rien n'a été remis malgres de nombreuses personnes présentes dans la salle de petit dej .... Problème numéro 3 : impossible d'ouvrir la porte de notre chambre ... Nous avons du attendre un technicien qui a tembouriné sur notre porte .... Sympa pour les voisins .... Bref dommage car l'hôtel pourrait être sympa mais entre les nombreux désagréments et la musique redondante et trop forte a la piscine pour un 4 étoiles on attend clairement beaucoup mieux ....

La gentillesse du personnel, magnifique vue, chambre très confortable.

Pente pour descendre à l’hôtel, parking trop petit pas de place pour se garer, eau de la douche passe du froid au chaud d’un coup, petit déjeuner laisse vraiment à désirer (devoir payer même un cappuccino au petit déjeuner c’est abusé).
