Jako Premium Hotel

We booked the double room with sea view and bathtub! Room was so spacious and clean, very modern. The view was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was amazing. Hotel was in a great location and a short walk to the beach. If you want to into the main area of Sarande, this was about a 15 minute walk but you had shops and restaurants near by! It was a 20 minute cab journey to Ksamil. The staff were absolutely amazing, they were great at giving recommendations on where to visit, what beaches to go to, what the nicest restaurants are and also helped up organise car hire for the day. We arrived before lunchtime and managed to check into our room early which was great.

The breakfast could’ve been better. Would like some more options and mostly cold. However, it is a small hotel so not very busy at breakfast times.

I loved the room! The staff was so friendly to upgrade my room. I had a seaview, nice bathtub in the room.

I travelled to Albania for the first time with my partner for a 6 night stay at Jako hotel. We had spent a long time researching where to stay and we were so glad that we chose this hotel. We were met at reception by the manager Odyssey, who immediately made us feel welcome. The whole team, including Ida, could not have been nicer. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and clean, the cleaning staff were also exceptional and would clean your room whatever time you requested it, day or evening. This is also the first hotel we have stayed at where the refrigerator in the room actually keeps things cool! The location was perfect for getting to a host of shops and restaurants and just a short walk to Lost Seaside. We even took the bus to Ksamil which stops right outside the hotel and runs every half hour on the hour and half past. Nothing was too much of an ask. The staff recommended places to visit and prices we should pay. They helped out at breakfast making sure we had enough fruit and replacing it at our request, making it feel like a real family effort. On our final day, we went to the ATM to get local currency to pay for our taxi back to the port. When Odyssey heard what we had done, he went out of his way to change our money to euros as he knew that we would not be able to use the currency when we got back to Corfu. We loved every minute of our stay and can not sing the praises of the staff loudly enough. Such genuine people. We are already planning our return! Thank you so much!
