Amazing property. Even more amazing staff. Great views, nice pool, loved the jacuzzi, and everything was excellent. Definitely recommend Jako Premium. The location was nice and away from busy area but still close enough to walk everywhere. Parking was great and easy too! 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful

I stayed at Hotel Jako for two nights and had a truly great experience. The facilities are excellent — there’s a rooftop pool and a jacuzzi downstairs, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the hotel staff, who were incredibly attentive and caring throughout my stay. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and it shows. Thank you to Odise, the manager, for the warm welcome and constant smile and help . And a big thank you to Ida at the front desk for her kindness and professionalism — she really made a difference. I travel a lot and stay in many hotels, but I’ll keep a very positive memory of this trip thanks to the amazing people at Hotel Jako.

Absolutely amazing! I’m sure we’ll be coming back here next time as well — no doubt about it. The staff and the location

We booked two rooms — one with an ocean view and one with a side sea view — and both were beautiful with amazing scenery! Since there are no buildings blocking the sea, we could enjoy the view all to ourselves. And best of all, everything was spotless because the place just recently opened‼︎ The jacuzzi and sauna on the first floor, as well as the rooftop pool, were incredibly peaceful and just perfect. All the staff were very kind and helpful. They gave us lots of great recommendations for beaches and restaurants, quickly arranged taxis for us, and at the breakfast venue, they greeted us each morning with cheerful smiles and were always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Since beaches and pools are the main attractions in summer, it might be a good idea to have a laundry room or at least a stylish drying rack on the terrace for swimsuits. When looking down from our terrace, we saw that many guests were drying their swimsuits by hanging them on terrace tables or chairs. Also, the food covers at the breakfast buffet were quite difficult to lift, so although it’s a shame, I think they should be replaced. Additionally, the floor from the jacuzzi area to the elevator tends to get wet easily, so placing a mat just outside the jacuzzi would help improve safety and comfort.

I had an amazing stay at Jako Premium Hotel in Sarande. The staff, especially Odise and Enxhi, were fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to help us with great local recommendations. The hotel itself is luxurious, with stunning sea views and spacious, clean rooms. The breakfast had a great variety, catering to all tastes. A perfect spot to stay while exploring Sarande—highly recommend!

Amazing room design and space with very comfy beds. Balcony with direct uninterrupted sea view. Breakfast was really good. Given the nice location we could reach all the beaches nearby without getting into the city traffic. 10/10

De kamers, zwembad op het dak met ligbedden en een geweldig uitzicht. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt.

Zojuist geopend hotel, (nog) geen leuningen aanwezig bij de trappen in het trappenhuis en de toegang tot het hotel. Beetje lastig als je slecht ter been bent. In directe omgeving wordt nog veel gebouwd, veel bouwlawaai vanaf 07.00 uur.

Het zwembad op het dak is prachtig, eerst een sauna en dan lekker zonnen. Kamer prachtig en groot met eigen balkon.

Supervriendelijk personeel, prima hotel.

Nieuw hotel en alles ziet er supergoed uit. We hadden een ruime kamer met balkon en zeezicht, zalig! Heerlijk wakker worden met dat uitzicht! Bed ligt ontzettend lekker, douche is prima en alles is brandschoon. Ontbijt is gevarieerd en erg lekker. Parkeren gaat makkelijk in de parkeergarage als je het hotel eenmaal gevonden hebt, Google stuurt je nog steeds de verkeerde kant op. En heel grote complimenten voor het personeel, zelden zulke betrokken en vriendelijke mensen meegemaakt. In de buurt zijn lekkere restaurants, vooral Manxurane is een aanrader. In het naseizoen is niet alles geopend. En er wordt nog steeds flink gebouwd.

Niet bevallen is een veel te groot woord, maar om bij de boulevard en het strand te komen, is toch wel een stukje lopen (20 minuten ongeveer). Voor ons geen probleem, maar voor anderen misschien wel.

Goede service, heerlijke spa en vriendelijk personeel

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, we voelde ons direct welkom. De kamers waren stijlvol ingericht en boden een prachtig uitzicht over de Ionische zee. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en vers, en elke avond konden we heerlijk ontspannen in de jacuzzi en sauna. Een zeer prettig en ontspannen verblijf!

Het hotel is nog maar kort geopend, dus het is begrijpelijk dat nog niet alles perfect is. We waardeerden de inzet van het team om het verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Wel misten we een strijkijzer, een kast om kleding in op te bergen en een rekje voor natte was. Voor de prijsklasse hadden we daarnaast verwacht dat de koffie bij het ontbijt inbegrepen zou zijn.

Incroyable je recommande !

J’ai passé un moment absolument magique dans cet hôtel magnifique. Dès l’arrivée, on est accueilli par un personnel aux petits soins, toujours souriant, professionnel et attentif à chaque détail. La chambre était splendide, spacieuse, décorée avec goût, et surtout… avec une vue sur la mer à couper le souffle ! Se réveiller avec ce panorama chaque matin, c’est un luxe inestimable. La qualité du service est tout simplement irréprochable : tout est pensé pour le confort et le bien-être des clients, dans une ambiance chaleureuse et détendue. Mention spéciale pour la vue depuis la terrasse et la piscine – un véritable coin de paradis ! Cet établissement est proche de tout à pied également ce qui est très pratique lorsque que comme nous vous ne souhaitez pas louer de voiture. Et surtout, un immense merci au manager Odyse, qui a su rendre ce séjour encore plus merveilleux. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ont vraiment fait la différence. Grâce à lui, chaque moment passé ici restera gravé dans ma mémoire. Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Une adresse d’exception où je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Bardzo ładny hotel.

Pobyt w hotelu uważamy za udany. Nowiutki hotel, czysty i zadbany. Basen na dachu rewelacyjny. Nie działał tylko bar przy basenie, ale bez problemu można zamówić wszystko z baru na parterze. Najważniejsze o czym trzeba wspomnieć to obsługa hotelu. Dawno nie widziałam takiego zaangażowania. Wszyscy są otwarci i bardzo pomocni. Manager przesympatyczny. Spełniał każdą prośbę z uśmiechem na ustach. Pięknie uczył się języka polskiego, co było bardzo miłe. Hotel bardzo blisko morza, ale niestety nie ma bezpośredniego dostępu do plaży. Prawie wszystkie plaże w Sarandë posiadają płatne leżaki. Często należą do innych hoteli. Śniadania były skromne ale wystarczające. Myślę , że hotel jeśli stawia na polskich turystów, to powinien je bardziej urozmaicić. Z warzyw tylko pomidor i ogórek, brakowało mi jakiejś sałaty.

Pomyślcie o urozmaiceniu śniadania oraz o mocniejszej kawie do śniadania, bo ta bezpłatna była w kolorze herbaty 😉

très bel hôtel et très bon personnel, bonne localisation

Très bel hôtel, quasi neuf! Très bel accueil de tout le personnel qui est très discret et serviable. Un garage est dispo (place non réservée donc dans la limite des stocks, mais gratuite). Très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer (et Corfou en face), loin du tumulte du Saranda touristique (à 10 minutes en voiture, 20 minutes à pied), climatisée, un grand lit confortable, belle douche à l'italienne + baignoire dans la chambre (ça fait son petit effet). Le petit déjeuner le matin n'est pas exceptionnelle mais reste bon. La piscine au dernier étage avec vue sur la mer est agréable, petit bémol, très peu d'ombre sur le toit, donc c'est sieste au soleil pour tout le monde, un jaccuzi et sauna disponible dans l'hôtel également.

si je veux être râleur je dirais qu'il manquait des cintres dans la chambre (j'aurai certainement pu en demander à l'accueil si c'était réellement vital pour nous), et au début du séjour nous n'avions pas de cafetière dans la chambre (pour se faire un second café après le petit déjeuner pendant qu'on se prépare), mais ils nous ont mis du café soluble pour la fin du séjour (merci pour l'attention).
