Nice hotel in a nice area at a decent price

Great hotel in a great location. The room was generous with a nice view, the staff were friendly (if not a bit difficult to find at times), the breakfast buffet and dinner menu was great, the price felt reasonable (not cheap, but perhaps unfair to say it was expensive). The hotel isn’t in the middle of Sarandë but that’s also why we chose it. It’s a short walk from town, but still quiet when you want to go to sleep. I’d love to go back!

Everything was great, but the barman

City centre, shops, restaurants and entertainment nearby, hotel parking, swimming pull and nice views if you chose the front of the hotel. The hotel was very modern, very clean and very comfortable!

We stayed 2 nights, and the 1st day we arrived in the afternoon. Since they had a nice bar my partner asked the barman, which was the waiter too, if they do pinachalada and said no, which is fair enough. She then went back a few minutes late to ask if he had pineapple juice so she can have it with white rum, the barman then turned around and replied "I told you we only have what's on the menu" which the atmosphere became a bit bitter. Went to speak (in albanian) with the barman in case it was a misunderstanding and no need to be rude. He then started debating with me too. None of us was being difficult or rude. Shame as it was 8 of us and the atmosphere became a bit bitter, because of his stinky attitude. The owners were there most of the time, but not when this happened. You could tell the owners have worked hard to achieve this, and done a fantastic job. The rest of the staff, mainly foreign, were very friendly and polite, shame on the bearded barman.

Great value amazing view and outstanding staff

Cleaning, polite reception, great food and amazing room with view. Me and my wife got sick during our stay and all of them did their best to make us feel comfortable. Gave medicine and helped us with taxi. The experience was 100% positive

Lovely hotel

Looks recently refurbed. Lovely room with balcony. Lovely infinity pool. Very well stocked breakfast.

Aircon didn't seem to be working - maybe needed better instruction.

Nice hotel and good location, but bad service..

The hotel is very new, and we had a beautiful room with views of both the pool and the city of Saranda. It’s only a 10-minute walk from the city center, has its own parking, and offers a really nice sea and city view.

There was never anyone at the reception — starting from check-in, we had to go and search for someone each time we needed assistance, which is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was also disappointing, as nothing was replenished once it was finished.

Sarrande bliss

Comfortable hotel with parking, and recommended, especially during peak season. Difficult to park in the area. The room is clean, the staff are helpful and a good breakfast. Good soundproofing. Situated few metres from the promenade, a good choice of bars and restaurants in the area. Pool & pool area satisfactory

Lido is not available, lidos can be used at a cost, but the public beach is a 5 to 8-minutete walk from hotel.

Lovely hotel with great staff!

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the pool area was great. Special thanks to Bonaire for all her help - she is amazing! We had such a wonderful stay.

Excellent and perfect

The hotel was absolutely wonderful, perfectly situated in a prime location that made exploring the area effortless. While the pool is on the smaller side, it was beautifully maintained and offered a refreshing retreat after a day out. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable , truly a relaxing haven.

Wonderful place!

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The hotel is new, well-maintained, clean, with wonderful staff! The room has everything you need, cool (the air conditioning system is good). The bed is very comfortable, the pillows were soft. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. The pool with a wonderful view of the sea! The hotel really maintains a high standard! Thank you, we enjoyed our vacation!

AMAZING

- Photos dont do this place justice! - Room was one of the most modern rooms ive stayed in - Excellent TV, closet space, safe, bathroom and bed - Interchangeable lights within the room for any setting - Cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful - Laurie on reception and general duties was a gem! So helpful and always smiling - Car park below - Immaculately clean - Very modern - Unbelievable pool - Food is pricey but decent - Great sun lounging area - Breakfast was excellent when included - Close vaccinity to a supermarket and shops in Sarande - Very attentive staff

- One receptionist was not friendly and was bringing a grim vibe to the place - Lift is dodgey as hell - Soap in shower wasn't installed into 3 days into holiday (luckily we had our own) - No discount for staying guests on food or drink. Which was very disappointing

Very easily could be five star, but little things bring it down

Modern, clean, good location.

Little things, my phone in the room didn’t work. The air conditioner was set at 23c and you could not change it. We either froze or cooked at night. Asked for laundry service quoted one price more when picked up. Quoted a price for a friend who drove a taxi higher when dropped off.

The most beautiful hotel ❤️

If I can give 100 stars, I would. Everything starting from stuff, hotel, food, place is wonderful. The hotel is so clean, the clean ladies are doing their job perfectly, every day day they were cleaning our room and put stuff on their places. We were just amazed how clean and beautiful this hotel is. The pool is beautiful and the hotel is very close to the beach and bars and restorans. Saranda is beautiful. Definitely we are coming here again, we will never change this hotel. 100 stars for the stuff, and plus 100 for the hotel.

Good but nothing special

I liked the room and the balcony and the restaurant was quite good but nothing special. The pool looked nice but we didn’t get to try it out. The breakfast was good given that is was during low-season.

It was low-season so the staff was largely absent, the reception was always empty so you could never ask someone for help. When we wanted to use the pool at 2000 it was not allowed after 1900 so we never got to try it out unfortunately. The pool should be open to at least 2200.

Exceptional

Nice place and very good location. The hotel is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere and staff. The room was perfect and very clean, comfy and cosy. The sleeping was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety of food. We enjoyed it very much and would definitely recommend it.

It was a bit noisy sometimes after 00hrs. becouse hotel is close to the main street.

In general, everything was OK, but we have a few remarks: 1.when we went out to the outdoor pool in the hallway there was an unpleasant odor that spread from the kitchen of the restaurant, 2.the cleaners came every day changed towels, but did not change the bedding every day , we are there 5 days only once they changed them with new bedding, 3.we had a room with garden view and through the balcon the chimney from the aspirator passed through the kitchen and too much noise came out of it from 08.00 am to 23.00 pm
