The view was great and the staff were nice.

The light in the bedroom was broken, I mentioned this to the receptionist but was told someone will come to fix it later. Also, there were not so many options for breakfast.

Excellent modern accommodation with great views and easy walk to town

Nice easy walk to town along the forefront. Awesome views from our terrace over the bay. Lots of restaurants and big supermarket close by as well as offices to book ferry ride to Corfu. Nice breakfast

Comfortable room, but facilities and service not up to standard.

Large room with balcony; very comfortable bed and large en suite. Parking under the hotel. It is the same architect designed hotel as the Yacht Hotel in Vlore, but run by a different company.

The hotel overlooks the car park for the ferry terminal. It has a great view of Sarande bay, but does not get the sunset. There is no pool nor any direct access to the sea - their beach is an arrangement to use another hotel's beach club 200m or more away. Otherwise you need to use the public beach. The restaurant was shut in the evening and there was no bar at the hotel. At breakfast, even though we were not late, a lot of the ingredients were running low, and when we asked we were told they were finished. The manageress then came out to eat her breakfast in the restaurant with several of the "finished" items. Poor service in that respect. The room was noisy at night with the disco "pirate" ship sailing around in the bay.

This is well priced hotel in a great location with spacious, modern rooms.

The rooms were beautiful and spacious. They were clean. The view of the bay is nice. The restaurant has a good breakfast. It's extremely close to the Ferry Terminal. It's a short walk from the boardwalk but not directly on so there is less foot traffic. While not directly on a beach, the hotel has an agreement with a beach club 1 block away that is nice.

The view of the bay is obstructed by the Ferry terminal and a large parking lot.

Wonderful stay

Best Hotel in Sarande, modern and new. Amazing view. Friendly staff and excellent location just near the port and ferries. Also has a parking. The Junior Suit is the best option for couples.

Average breakfast for the standing. The beach club is not that good as well.

This hotel is an absolute winner 10/10

Everything about our stay was amazing! The location was perfect, away from the noise of town (which is very noisy) but only a few mins walk in. Good for getting the boat to Korfu which we did for the day. We had a stunning sea view and in incredible balcony. With the hotel you also have access to a lovely beach which is a few mins walk. The room was very tastefully designed and had coffee and tea facilities. The also offer massages and I had the best sports massage! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful

Stylish, modern and beautifully furnished hotel very close to port.

We loved this hotel and would definitely recommend it! Very new with high quality finishings and linen. Amazing bed - so comfortable! Staff are lovely - friendly and they helped us book a restaurant for dinner one evening. Stunning view of port and cruise ships within walking distance of centre.

V good location views every thing was good

Breakfast was supposed to be till 1030 But 945 am onward only every thing was empty and they didnt refill the lamb kofte ( which were actually bloody delicious)

Siranda stay for 4 nights

Amazing views from this Hotel. 5 star treatment from the staff there. Always accommodating and to top it the rooms were fabulous.

The stay was a 10/10, however something that could help the customer experience is the Parking beneath the Ground floor. It was extremely tight on some occasions but the staff were always available to move vehicles if needed.

Quiet location near the port and outstanding breakfast.

Huge balcony, good view, fabulous breakfast buffet - near the port location was away from touristy area and the service was very accommodating.

Lovey room but no atmosphere in the hotel.

A very good location, but the season had just started so there was no atmosphere and nowhere to hang out other than in your room, which was luxurious. I think they have missed a beat because the rooms were of a very high standard but the communal areas were poor. The Breakfast was exceptional with everything baked in the kitchen.

The nicest hotel I have ever stayed in

The staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived to the second we left. Xhoi at the front desk was extremely helpful during our checkin process and showed us everything we needed to know about the room. The staff working the restaurant were so friendly and professional. The location was perfect as we arrived from the ferry and the room was in perfect condition. The features were very updated and high tech, the bed was comfortable, food was fantastic, and you cannot beat the views.

Modern, large rooms, great balcony view at front and excellent breakfast.

Properties either were very run down. Front side entrance to hotel it’s unkempt barren land with an old dilapidated abandoned car sitting there amongst strewn rubbish which takes away from your first impression when arriving at the hotel. Reception staff a little cold and awkward

The staff were welcoming and friendly both at reception and breakfast The room was clean and we had a lovely view from our balcony to the sea. Beds were comfy and room was turned down each day Breakfast was fantastic with a wide selection to choose from Fantastic parking facilities ... actually underground car park which was great I had a massage treatment and it was phenomenal... Best I've had

Modern comfortable stay with a beautiful view

Modern and extremely comfortable. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed and nice amenities. We got upgraded to rooms with a beautiful view! And ordered room service to enjoy the room. The food and service was good.

On a crowded street and we got hit by a motorbike arriving. They did have garage parking.
