Bad neighbour

Design of the house was nice, living room upstairs and bedrooms/ bathroom downstairs. Location was good if you want the stadium and nearby lidl.

The neighbour who lives next door made things very difficult for us. She complained on our first night saying that we were making a lot of noise in the evening when we were actually all in bed and 1 person was watching tv with the volume down. The second night she came out screaming and swearing at us in the hallway. We felt very miserable after this and unsafe because I was traveling with 3 young children and I didn't want them to come into contact with her. Facilities were clean but the washing machine was terrible and the toilet lid kept closing even while you were sitting on it, which was very annoying.

We came to Leicester to celebrate my Son's birthday, and I surprised my kids with a sleepover booking—they thought we were just going out for dinner at Chef & Spice! When we got to the apartment, they were so excited and couldn’t stop thanking me. The place was lovely, clean, and super cozy. The host was amazing—really helpful and quick to respond, even at night. We had such a great stay and would definitely come back again!

I liked everything even proximity was fantastic but Maybe just a little treat like biscuits or chocolates for the kids would make it even more special. 😊

Great property in a great location. Fantastic communication with the host considering we booked to stay here at 3pm on the day of as we got let down by another accommodation. Couldn’t have been a smoother check in experience. Property was lovely and clean. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again.

Fantastic location, excellent value , flawless check in. Apartment was spotless . Really close to centre. Fantastic view of the King Power stadium. Excellent communication from the host at all times

The location was ok.

Property wasn’t a clean and fresh as the photos suggest. Corners of the room were dirty, the balcony had cobwebs all over. The simplest things were available like hand wash or kitchen paper.

Music weekend in Leicester

Very spacious and clean apartment which was ideal for our weekend stay..The owner met me on arrival and took me to the apartment to show me around,etc The apartment had all the amenities required for our stay with the bedrooms being particularly spacious and comfortable.

Nice stay and helpful advice from host with parking / apartment access and

Nice sofa, big table, big fridge , kitchen. All that we needed. Each room would fit a couple and child. View of Leicester stadium, £8 uber into city centre or 30 min walk. Lidl nearby and 1x parking spot

Bathroom radiator didn’t seem to work, 1x bedroom window didn’t seal properly and no hangers for clothes in cupboard. minor issues that can hopefully be corrected easily
