Kitchen and Sitting room were of good proportions, nice dining table and chairs. Enjoyed sitting on decking several times.
The property is in need of painting, patchy colours in kitchen and living room where touched up at different times. Both armchairs and footstools were stained and dirty. kerbside appeal spoiled with amount of weeds.

Quiet location , tidy
Dirty windows, scuffed walls, small bedrooms, no dishwasher or tea towels. Smeared cuttlery
Toilets took 15 minutes before they could be flushed again!!
