Although we had a car, it was perfect walking distance to all things NOLA. It was very well lit and we felt safe and comfortable. Grounds were well kept and it was extremely quiet. The room was clean and had all of your basic amenities including a fridge and microwave. The Starbucks K Cups in the coffee bar were a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable. Parking is half the price of other hotels in this area and there is also some street parking in the area but we decided not to take a chance. There is also a great communal building with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and dining area. I would definitely stay here again.
Having to get in and out of your car to operate the parking gate...if I just have to put something.

The property is beautiful, in a secluded area away from the craziness of New Orleans, but close enough to walk or drive to everything in the French quarters within 3-10 mins. The place itself was great, beds were my only problem, not very comfortable mattress. We had a double suite, was ok, no frills but clean.
Beds were not comfortable. Our floors had a lot of specks of paint everywhere made the room look untidy. Please clean that off before next guests. Otherwise no other issues.
