The staff were friendly and so helpful. When we came back in the afternoon from being out, they asked about our day and gave us other suggestions. The location was also good for us- just on the edge of the French Quarter, near Frenchmen St, very walkable, and away from Bourbon Street. The simple breakfast helped us start our day and there was coffee, hot tea, and fruit available all day.

The location and staff was excellent.
The garden tub was very very hard to get in and not very clean. When I went to get out I fell and bruised my whole leg. The tub was very slick needs a rubber mat on the bottom.
