The staff were exceptional! They assisted answering our questions and overall super kind. The parking area was perfect, as a car in NOLA is not easy to deal with. We were able to park early before check-in and wander the quarter while waiting for official check-in time. The room was cozy and the patio area peaceful.

The room was huge. Loved the location. Near really good cafes and restaurants and the french market!
I thought I was getting a private balcony. It was a shared balcony. Wish they stated that. The sink was a bit small but at least I was just one person. Ive stayed in other rooms before and ususlly the bathrooms are bigger with longer and better countertops. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone do things. I’d recommend rugs on wooden floors. The person above was pacing at night back and forth and maybe a rug could help with the noise.
