Hampton Inn New Orleans French Quarter Market Area

The property is in a great location, just minutes from the riverfront, the French Quarter, and Bourbon Street. The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh the moment we walked in. Throughout our stay, we felt safe, comfortable, and right at home. The staff were absolutely amazing! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but Danielle truly went above and beyond to make our trip a wonderful experience. She wasn’t the only one, though, every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their exceptional hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

The only area I think could be improved is the comfort of the beds. They were a bit firmer than I prefer. That said, I still slept well during my three-night stay, and I think the soft, comfortable pillows made a big difference.

Great area great breakfast great parking

Great location with easy access to the Quarter and Frenchman St. Ample seating in lobby for breakfast.

Seems like you should have something more characteristic of NOLA for breakfast. Where can I get some grits? Elevator call buttons are separate and don’t communicate with each other? This does not seem efficient. I never had to wait long for an elevator but felt that I got lucky.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome, and the room was well taking care of but the windows. The windows looking outside was dirty, the last guest drew lil pictures.

It was no where near Bourbon Street. It was a 22 minute walk to get to the party side. I didn't see nothing that said I had to pay for parking, that's crazy. I'm a guest and still had to pay for parking at the hotel I'm a guest at. Our bathroom door would not shut nor lock. When u close it, it slowly opens itself. We had to put a towel down to stop it. Room 319. Last but not least, the view was horrible out our room
