I saw some other reviews similar to my experience, but the hotel disabled my code to get in right before check out! We got breakfast and came back to the hotel at 10:45 and we couldnt get in the door! Pounding and yelling for someone to please come let us in since we were technically still guest till 11am. They let us in at 11:03 conveniently and charged us a $45 late check out! We were at the door yelling trying to get in but no one would come or answer the phone number provided that just goes to a call center. This was so upsetting, im never booking a virtual front desk again!

While the rooms are a little small, the location and pool/hot tub more than make up for it. Very accommodating staff. Would stay here again

They are doing a “virtual” front desk. This means you use a code to get in the front door and your room door. They offer a late check out for a small $45 fee! Check out is at 11am. Obviously did not want to do that so i left to get the car (no parking at this time at hotel) and got back to the hotel to find my code for the front door to not be working. I had to knock and keep knocking until i was pounding on the door because no one would let me in for 20 mins. A guest let me in at 10:47 and i was finally able to get support to unlock my door. The front desk person left the front desk phone on the counter so you could see it and know that no one would answer your call. That experience was messed up. This was my second time at this hotel, the first being before they switched over to the kasa virtual front desk. I purposely booked this hotel because i loved it the first time i stayed. With the hassle of the virtual front desk, all the fees they try to charge (wait till you see what they do with the security deposit options) i will never be staying here again sadly. Maybe one day under new management because it is a beautiful hotel
