Location was great
We were charged for wifi
we were charged for breakfast but our booking.com rate included breakfast - still trying to get a refund from the hotel but with no luck!!!!

The location was perfect because it was within walking distance of so many main areas in the city. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly in terms of service.
I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the hotel and experience.

Staff was welcoming and nice. Bed was great and room was nicely furnished
We had to ask for the room to be cleaned. It was only cleaned twice across 8 days we stayed there. It was poorly cleaned, they didn't empty the trash or wiped the surfaces, only made the bed.
They took a towel and didn't replace it. Didn't add toilet paper while it was clear we were running out. We had to ask to get some more.
They tried to make us pay for internet at the end of our stay while it had been very clear from the beginning that it was included in our destination fee.
