We had a great experience except for the AC in our room was not working at first. We communicated with the front desk, and a maintenance person was supposed to arrive and never did. It was late so we went to sleep and the problem sorted itself out.
Make sure to at least get the deluxe room, as they can be quite small. Refrigerators would also be great, but no rooms seem to have them.

Great location in French Quarter, easy walking access to most attractions and sites. Clean room, great old building character. A smidge damp feeling but expected in a 300+ year old brick building. Front staff were exceptional - very friendly and helpful.

I love the hotel and location. I booked my trip with this hotel becasue it stated balcony and patio for room. When I got to the hotel, No balcony. I showed guest services and showed the booking. No compensation or solution. We were put in a small room with No windows. The room was like 500ft and access but only to a court yard. This is not what I paid for. I tried to make the best of but my trip was ruined.
