Spotless and great location!

Absolutely SPOTLESS, comfy beds, great location and with parking.

It would have been great to have curtains, the blinds don't do a great job with the light. Also would be nice to have some basics like tea / coffee and shower gel etc. Just simple things hotel style.

Brilliant stay

Fantastic location and the parking space was a massive plus. The house was very clean, comfortable and cosy. We have stayed in at least five different houses in Cleethorpes over the past two years and this was the best. Secure enclosed back yard was great for our little dog.

Beds were queen size so would have preferred them to be bigger

Great location

Lovely three-bedroom house with all the amenities you need for a short or long stay, comfy beds too. The property was spotlessly clean, with some really nice thoughtful touches throughout. Free parking for two cars is a great bonus, and it’s just a short stroll into town and the beach. Communication with the host was excellent, and overall it’s a place I’d happily recommend.

The only downsides are that the bathroom and toilet are downstairs, with no toilet upstairs. The stairs are quite steep, which can feel a bit daunting during the night. Also, after showering you need to walk through the kitchen/dining area to go upstairs and get dressed. Additionally, there are no televisions in the bedrooms.

Lovely clean and comfortable.Fantastic location and great facilities(washer dryer, fresh towels ect) x Could maybe do with a lamp on the living room for on a evening while watching TV but that's just my preference x

A lovely place managed by lovely people!

Lovely, modern, clean apartment with good facilities, good location. The Rosebud staff were fantastically helpful when I had to call them.

No instructions for the electronic thermostat. I couldn't get the heating to work, called someone out and discovered that the boiler had been switched off in a cupboard.

Spacious and clean house

Really great place, in a convenient location. The house was spacious and clean and the fact it had its own drive for two cars was a bonus, so no need to worry about on street parking. Owner was great at communicating with us and checking if everything was ok. Would definitely stay again.

I would just say that the bathroom being downstairs and at the opposite end of the house was the only downside especially if needing the bathroom in the middle of the night.

Gorgeous little house in perfect location

The location was phenomenal, right in the heart of everything, only a ten minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to local shops, restaurants and bars. The house was very clean and tidy and exceptionally well stocked with amenities and facilities. The beds, sofas, chairs and even the floor was nice and comfortable and we all slept amazingly! Lovely plush mattresses and soft pillows and duvets. The neighbourhood and street was very quiet, no noise at all throughout the night! The shower was very powerful and there was never a shortage of hot water. Fully equipped kitchen for our convenience.

The only thing is I think the listing should be clearer about just how steep the stairs are. One of us fell on her knee and another who has hip issues found it very difficult going up and down.

Really nice home, easy reach to the beach and off road parking. Really friendly and quick communication with the host.

The bed was very comfy but a touch on the small side, felt like my other half was going to end up shoving me out.

Best place to stay in Cleethorpes.

Everything The place was lovely, fresh clean a d nicely decorated. It was very well equipped, and Kane and his dad came around to sort out a window for us as the window key was a bit twisted to open it. They thanked us for informing them about it as they were unaware they also bought with them 3 fans which was greatly appreciated as it has been a lovely but very hot wkend. Will definitely be coming here again as it's a great property and greatly situated, and the added bonus of 2 private parking spaces is great.
