A plus for this property is that you didn’t have to bring anything for cleaning with everything provided and a added bonus. a lovely box of goodies and a bottle to welcome you.

Great weekend away in a super town

Keys in a lock safe so very easy to check in

Everything was super but the mattress’s were poor, no bins in bathrooms and the lounge requires lamps not main ceiling lights as the only form of lighting.

Relaxed as always

Hosts are very welcoming, this is the second time we have stayed here now and we love it. So close to Cleethorpes shops and beach. House is very clean and rooms are very very spacious with comfi beds. Kitchen has everything you need. It really is like home from home.

Perfect base for a short seaside break.

Very clean, 2 private off street parking spaces, no passing traffic or pedestrians, quiet, comfortable, warm, cozy, short walk from shops and beach and restaurants / pubs. would comfortable sleep 6. loads of space for any amount of guests up to this number.

Superb

So much to like about this property, its location and its privacy and security. Well fenced on the rear garden keeping children and animals safe, lots of toilets so you never need to wait and the layout of the home has been made to good use given the size it’s well spacious inside, downstairs bedroom has to be mentioned for those of you who may struggle to climb stairs. A home to suit all types of ages and disabilities. Very clean and well maintained to high standards.

This wasn’t easy to fill, very difficult to find faults & flaws. Albeit on the high end of places to stay in Cleethorpes I really can’t complain, you get the quality for the cost. The only concern I had was my young children having the ability to open the main door from inside as the lock is a twist and turn so I had to keep on alert for my children attempting this, luckily they hadn’t. Nonetheless was on my mind from time to time. Perhaps for most this won’t come as an issue, perhaps when you arrive this may have been addressed and altered. Finally for myself the bedding was in my opinion winter bedding and it didn’t half get hot and sweaty, perhaps lighter, thinner bedding may produce a more enjoyable sleep during summer months.
