Good central property

The beds were vey comfy, great garden size for dogs ,lovely neighbours at garage and very well equipped kitchen ( could do with an air fryer) great location ❤️

NOT FOR THE ELDERLY OR ANYONE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES DUE TO BATHROOM BEING ON GROUND FLOOR

The location is fantastic. Near to cafes, shops, pubs and you can see the beach from the front door.

The bathroom of this property is on the ground floor and all of the bedrooms are on the first floor which is not ideal for bathroom visits during the night. The staircase is also quite steep, not recommended for elderly or anyone with mobility issues. One member of our party was 83 and we had to resort to them sleeping on the sofa. Had the situation of the bathroom have been stated in the listing we would have never booked. Parking is also a major issue during peak holiday times. We couldn't even get a parking spot on the same street. The garden leaves a lot to be desired, just a balding patch of grass and 4 old garden chairs (no table) but is totally enclosed if you have a dog. The property has no Staple kitchen items such as salt/pepper/tin foil. A welcome pack is always a bonus but this isn't given.

A little gem

House was lovely Everything you needed was on hand. Nice and clean with comfy beds. Great location.

When booking i didn't realise the bathroom was downstairs which was a slight issue, just for visits in the night to the toilet, and the stairs being quite steep, and most off us being in our late 60s, but it didn't spoil our break. There is also limited hanging rails, but again it wasn't to big an issue and it wouldn't stop me from recommending as a good central base.

Only 1 bathroom, which is downstairs this makes living awkward to say the least, ie having to bring clothes from upstairs to downstairs for washing and changing, lack of wardrobes. Parking the car nearby was a challenge too

A real find! Lovely spacious cosy house

A real gem - central to Cleethorpes but far enough away from the pubs to avoid the noise! Great for a wander on the beach and we did indeed see the sunrise. An excellent base for the week - we worked during the day - excellent internet connections and super cosy. Lots of space this has been really thoughtfully designed. Nice spacious bedrooms, great powerful shower and well equipped kitchen. Garden is also a great size and looks like it would be a fab sun trap in the summer (it was a bit snowy for us to try it out!). Dan was excellent and accommodated our slightly earlier check in. parking space is a real bonus and just around the corner.

Kitchen dishes/pans were dirty and needed a wash before using and the bathroom was generally clean except for the toilet, which definitely needed cleaning before use. The property has one bathroom which is downstairs, not my favourite feature but not a dealbreaker for me!

Superb

We stayed here after Christmas and for the New Year. The house is fantatsic and some lovely touches throughout. The owner takes good care of the house and you can see that. We had our two dogs with us (had to be dog friendly) and it was perfect, as the garden was properly fenced off and you accessed the house via the back door, which was great for muddy and sandy paws! Cleethorpes itself was fabulous, we had a great time walking along the beach and going to the vast array of pubs and resturants that Cleethorpes offered. A fabulous stay. We left some of our belongings and the owner was so kind and got them sent back to us.

The only downsize was that the bathroom was downstairs, so a long way to go at night! But that is the layout of the house, so that's the way it is!

The only snug is the parking space, as you need to park on the street. At the end we managed to park 2 cars, but it wasn't guaranteed.
