Well located and immaculate stay in heart of Cleethorpes
Newly renovated and in immaculate condition fit for our purpose. The agent/owners were easily accessible and was more than willing to assist with our needs even after hours and over the weekend. Will most definitely use this again in the future.
The small amenities like salt pepper and the correct pods washing machine would be a great addition to this unit.

Great stay! Highly recommend
Check in was easy with great communication from the host. This is a keyless property which was a first for me. I really enjoyed not needing to worry about keys and having my own personal code. The property is in a very central location. I found it easy to get about on foot with a lovely walk along the promenade. I loved that the pictures actually matched the apartment. It was fresh and new, such a pleasure to stay in! I used the car park recommended by the host, it is free in the evening.
There was nothing I didn’t like. I would highly recommend booking this apartment. It was great as a business traveller with a dishwasher and washer dryer. Very handy.

No parking but unfortunately the digital key pad on the front door failed and locked us out, no answer from the contact number.

Exceptional
The apartment was wonderful. Everything was new and fresh with comfortable beds and great facilities. It was especially handy to me having a washer dryer. Check in was easy with digital locks and a unique code, it felt really safe and secure. I would highly recommend staying here or one of the other apartments in the building.
There was nothing. The apartment was new, very clean and comfortable in a great location close to everything I needed.
