Perfect location with all the amenities for a Cleethorpes Holiday

House had everything we needed as a family of 3. Lots of space and a court yard to sit out. Couldn’t of been in a better location also

Very nice property, great location

Great location. Very open feel to the living area, fantastic size of rooms. Clean and modern. Comfortable seating. Well equipped. Great shower and bathroom upstairs, plus added bonus of downstairs toilet.

The beds. Mattresses could have been of a better quality. Very soft and did feel the springs despite having a topper on. Literally the ONLY negative I would say regarding this property

Absolutely loved it and will definitely return

The location is fantastic, literally walking distance to everything needed such as leisure centre, beach, places to eat and drink.

Nothing really to complain about, we loved it! Only thing I would say is it could do with a lamp so can have a cosier atmosphere at night instead of having a big bright light on.

Great place, great location. Little touches we appreciated - Coffee machine, toiletries etc. Wifi was so easy to use.

Great location and a comfortable house

The house is brilliant, very beautiful inside and out. There was everything for a comfortable stay—cutlery, lots of dishes and pots, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, towels, shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The location is superb, four minutes from the sea and other amenities. We had a lovely time and will definitely be coming back soon.

The property was great, but the weather was not so good; it was really cold and very windy. Besides, we arrived at low tide, so the sea was far from the shore. But despite this, we had a nice time anyway.

Relaxing in a warm and comfortable clean environment

Just the right distance from the town to be able to walk n leave the car

Beautiful house, would definitely book again.

Lovely house - clean, warm, modern and comfortable and a fantastic location next to Cleethorpes promenade. Would definitely return ... and have also recommended it to friends who travel to visit family like we do. The host was very helpful throughout. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Bed mattresses were a bit spongey which means when your partner moves, you move. There are only 4 plates and limited cutlery - we invited my father and his partner over for New Years Day lunch and they had to bring their own plates and cutlery. Very minor gripes from our stay.

Fun stay , good value for money

Location was perfect . It was spotlessly clean . There was lots of milk water tea coffee and sugar left for us . Good host communication.

There were no sea views as advertised, the back yard was shared . Next door guests were drunk and noisy until 1.am .
