Wi-Fi is not available in all caravans so make sure you ask for a caravan with WiFi or you will end up with a very grumpy teen!

Beautiful holiday park, very clean and tidy. Great location near to beach. Pool area excellent highly recommend Spacious caravan plenty of room for family of 5 Bar area ideally situated near pool area so can easily sit with dogs Staff very helpful and informative at reception and bar area

Nothing to dislike

Various space. Good quality for the pricing. Very polite and welcoming. Lots of things to do if you can't get about much too!

Stains on the sofa. Dogs hairs underneath the sheeting on some of the beds. Toilet seat stained.

Good location, great facilities, friendly staff! Lots of places to take the dog for a walk!

Had a small issue with the showers in the caravans, they are a little bit of a squeeze if you’re a larger person! As well as this the magnets for the doors weren’t catching properly which meant the floor was rather wet after a shower. We did have a maintenance member come and have a look but it would have required the gentleman to replace all the magnets.

The staff were excellent, very friendly very helpful

Holiday home we had was dirty look very tired. Had to give it a wipe over before we were comfortable with it.

Paid extra for hot tub. Very disappointed, lights didn't work in hot tub, lights on the decking didn't work. Informed customer service desk and was told someone would check that day still not working. very exposed whilst using the hot tub no privacy screening at all so didn't use as often as we would have liked as everyone in caravans surrounding could see . Very disappointed

Clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay central to where we needed to be when visiting family that stayed in area. Park was very tidy and clean.

No washing machine or iron at the accommodation. No internet access , this is somewhat my fault also as I didn't check all the items before booking. This is not a game changer for us, I just would have been more prepared as we were visiting from Portugal and didn't have cell phone roaming.

The caravan park was spacious, not overcrowded. The outside pool was a real bonus. It is heated and my grandchildren had not problem staying in it for 3 hours at a time in April. Great walks to the beach and Cleethorpes.

We stayed in a basic caravan and the single beds, meant for children were quite narrow for me. The site recycled bottles that was all. I wish that it had a better recycling programme.

Nice little site close to beach for the dog. Pool is a lovely area and the outside bar area.

Staff did nothing when several parents were intoxicated on the Saturday evening in the show bar. one parent was so drunk he fell on the dance floor with his daughter on his shoulders, the child looked injured and I was shocked to see staff do nothing. I think children should leave when it’s adult time bingo/ entertainment. Parents seen shouting at their children which was totally unacceptable and upsetting to see.

Caravan in nice location.

Park a bit run down. Caravan seats needed a good clean. Shower too hot couldn't let kids have a shower.

Location wa good for visiting the areas we wanted to see/visit

The Caravan (51 Albatross) was very dirty and worn. Bathrooms. Upon arrival, we noticed both radiators in both bathrooms were full of yellow stains and dust. We wiped them a little with a damp cloth and it started to come of straight away. We believed these to be urine or rust marks that the cleaning team have simply never tried to wipe. Shower. The shower cubicle base was full of black mold. This has not been cleaned for months, the build up of black mold was discusting and dirty. Access. The caravan has no parthway leadinng to the van. The path only went down the side of the van and therefore no way to get to our caravan other than walking across deep mud due caused by the bad weather that week. All other caravans had pavement stones leading to the caravan for access, this one did not Pull out bed (front room). The bed does not retract from it's putaway location. The iron bar on each side of the bed is too long and it cannot be extracted from the inside of the setee where it's stored. Made it impossible to use. Mircrowave - The inside has not been cleaned properly, still food left overs splashed up the side from the previous guests TV. The remote did not work, we eventually worked out it was the batteries that were dead. We replaced these at our own cost and it worked. Note: The TV (21 inch) is very small for a Caravan that can sleep 8 people. Not comfortable to watch at all.

Spotless, well kitted out, beautifully decorated caravan on a park with fab facilities, the outdoor pool in particular really makes the park stand out (although we were lucky with the weather!)

Ants are a real problem. I know they do their absolute best to keep on top of it and we couldn’t fault the cleanliness but the ants are the only thing that puts me off rebooking.
