Perfect home from home .

Cleanliness, stylish and very well presented house , had those extra touches , plenty of tea and coffee , even milk in fridge. It's the little things that matters , and the accomodation delivered. Totally recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a nice family property to stay at. Close to the beach and only 10 mins from the centre of Cleethorpes. Very impressive, credit to Jo for making this a great place to stay , will be back in the future.

The neighbours on the right was doing a lot of hammering early in the morning which was a little disappointing but would definitely try it again and hope it was just bad timing.

Everything the home was very homely it’s had everything you could possible need staying away from home! It was the most amazing place I’ve stayed so far the washing smelt absolutely amazing aswell the home was very clean and tidy would highly recommend and I will be booking there again!🫶🏻

Fantastic. Clean, welcoming and a great price

Location: Just a 10 minute walk to the sea-front. Property: Welcoming, very clean and comfortable. Living area: Cozy with a very comfortable sofa. Kitchen: Very clean and tidy. Stocked on arrival were milk and water in the fridge, along with ample coffee/tea. Bathroom: Located downstairs at the other end of the kitchen. Very clean, and the "rainfall" shower head was great to relax under after the drive. Bedrooms: The two bedrooms upstairs were spacious, clean and comfortable.

While parking was available during my stay, it's on-street, and it's a very narrow road where both sides are used for parking. If you are nervous at reverse parallel parking, expect mild frustration (especially parking larger cars) If you are a "get up in the night" person for the toilet, be aware of the narrow stairs that curve down at the bottom, since the bathroom is downstairs.

Good location with lots of street parking Owner left a good supply of essentials as well as milk biscuits etc The tv had Netflix and there was a supply of board games
