There was 1 key missing when we arrived at the property. We messaged host and called a few times. After some attempts building manager picked up call and responded. We had to wait for 15-20 minutes after arrival. Even though we notified our arrival time quite in advance. But everything else was perfect.

Doors hard to operate keys and locks tired. toilet seat broken and wrong size, had to replace thermostat batteries, Taps in kitchen dripping. Parking for 24 hrs in the area now banned Payed £15 for three days.
