Lovely girls' weekend!

House is immaculately clean, very close to the beach (you leave the door and in 30 seconds you're by the sea). Tea and coffee included, kitchen equipped with everything we needed. There being 2 bathrooms is also great for 4 girls! Big table was handy for playing Dungeons and Dragons.

Gorgeous house, modern, well equipped and perfect seaside location.

The location, cleanliness and amenities in the property were great. Lovely stocked coffee machine for extra points!

The only negative would be that the bedsheets were not cotton or fully cotton, the sheets seemed a little staticky. Not a huge thing, this irritate some of my families sensitive skin.

Love

The house is tastefully decorated and is a cosy space with everything you need for a short stay, and a longer one - perfect for two adults and two children. Modern and well planned out with thoughtful touches. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Enclosed Garden. Back entrance to house was good for wheel chair access. Situated near the beach at the leisure centre end of Cleethorpes. A short walk to the Leaking Boot chip shop, Casa Nostra Italian and lovely little shopping area one way and the steam railway and park area the other.

The shower leaked slightly, as the plug filter doesn’t allow the water to drain quickly enough. The white Venetian blinds could do with a quick clean, as could outside windows. The garden has so much potential, but needs some TLC. It was a shame because we really wanted to sit out there, as pics looked lovely. However the seating area was dusty, as it’s under a vine, and needs a good brush/wash down and cushions need a wash. Have to say that was our only disappointment. The garden would also benefit from a small higher bistro table and chairs for sitting out with a breakfast coffee/evening glass of wine for the summer months. Struggled to find a convenience store, within short walking distance and as we had travelled by train we ended up ordering from a Co-op store via Just Eat.

Nice short break for a couple

The property was very modern, clean and comfortable. It had eveything we needed. The beds were really comfy we didn’t want to get up. Parking on the street was fine but this wasn’t a peak season stay

There should really have blinds up at the back windows since the garden is shared. There is noise from the neighbours as it’s one house that’s been split into two. A Tv in the other room would have been good. The washing machine drawer where liquids go needs cleaning as all mouldy. TV Remote batteries might be low as struggled to work it unless pressing buttons many times downstairs TV

We had a great stay, clean, quiet, home from home.

Everything was perfect, we had everything we needed and more. Clean, homely, and great location.

Shower was a little slippy for the kids but otherwise everything was great.

Lovely home from home short break, well worth every penny!

Lovely clean spotless house in a great location, right near to the beach. Easy check in with parking right outside. Fully equipped house, the little added extras were great! Jo responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely recommend, just wish we could have stayed a bit longer! Will definitely book again!
