Warm and cosy when we arrived. Everything is clean and tidy. Nice size rooms. Good location to visit cleethorpes Beach, just 10 -15 mins walk away. Shops are even closer. Lovely peaceful neighbourhood.

we had a great weekend in a comfortable house. the customer service pre arrival was great.
it was a pleasant house for a group of friends for the weekend
it could have done with some garden seating and table. also there isn’t enough comfy seating for 6 in the lounge

Quick and easy to sort on arrival, clean comfortable, everything you need included for your stay.
A little so far from main part of cleethorpes for our disabled party member but fine if you can walk as it's only 15 mins away.
