Everything you’d need was at the property,nice and clean

Hot tub was small and the garden furniture could do with an upgrade

The property was great in terms of facilities, location and parking. We had all the amenities and the property was nicely furnished. It was close to the beach, shops and pub. The owners were also pretty fast to reply when we had a question. The hot tub was a nice touch.

The property was generally clean, there were a few places that needed attention to bring it to luxury as per its name. These are small things but will make a difference for those expecting luxury. 1. Washing machine had mouldy seal. 2.shower had mould around the inner corner wall. 3. Vacuum needed to be done around the edges as there were spiders in the corners and dust on the wall panelling on the stairs. Also upstairs around the edges of the carpet. 4. The hot tub cover needed cleaning. 5. Garden needed a good clean and outside seating wiped down. 5. Needed a rail to dry the swimming costumes.

Really loved the location. The house was everything we could have asked for. It was presented really well, and we really enjoyed our stay. In addition, Cleethorpes has so much to offer.

Great location near the beach. Quiet and off the main roads. Very clean and well equipped kitchen.

The dining table is small but we managed. Could not find any pegs! Small things really..overall no issues at all
