Was great location and a nice sun trap out the back

Could do with a few more cooking utensils - more frying pans, kitchen towels etc

Great location for visiting daughter at University. Also for Cadbury World, and good bus service to city. Plenty of local shops , takeaways and restaurants. Lots of space to park outside property, and the area was surprisingly quiet and felt very safe. The house was great, and spotless on our arrival. Well equipped with nice extras like an air fryer and Nespresso. We loved the pool table, table tennis and hottub - great inclusions and really added to our enjoyment . The beds were super comfy, good shower - always hot water, and the house was always warm - easy controlled thermostat. The owners contacted us several times to check all was ok, and always replied promptly to our inquiries. Would absolutely recommend and use again if visiting Birmingham.

No complaints - it was ideal for our family! All we can think is maybe improve access to hottub? A tight squeeze past the tumble dryer, and maybe rubber matting on floor would feel nicer when you got out ?? But that's being super fussy !!

We wasn't that happy with our stay, it was too hot as we had no fans, after saying there was. and the house had a weird smell of dogs And not very clean, lots of spiders and cobwebs, the carpet is filthy, and we don't wear shoes in the house. The kitchen had to be cleaned before we could use it and there aren't enough bowls for everyone, no sugar or tea towels. The WiFi they gave is wrong., (it's on the box) The TV remote battery has stopped working and you don't have any replacement, in the draw. The garden is so overgrown, with about 8 ant nests with huge hills, my daughter got bit by ants for sitting on the grass. I got a hole in my dress because of the huge bramble Bush hanging over the path, this cost me £40, now need to get repaired. The front garden is just as bad, not lighting out the front, so hard to see the steps at night, very dangerous. The hot tub stopped working after 5mins, and it wasn't ready for us on arrival. Not happy about that. We came there for my daughter's birthday, and it wasn't the best experience they should have had. We come here to Birmingham 4/5 times a year, and sorry we won't be staying here again, it is over prices for the amount of problems the house is in need of so seriously maintains.
