Overall - good.

The Stream Resort complex, where this apartment is located, is excellent. We have stayed in different apartments here before and have always enjoyed the area. The Forest Dream apartment was very good and well-equipped. We had everything we needed during our stay, which made it comfortable and convenient.

We have stayed at this complex before and never experienced such rude service. Unfortunately, during this visit, several staff members were unfriendly and dismissive. When I asked the pool attendant if they sold swimming goggles, he responded in a very abrupt manner, saying that if they sold them, they would be on display. The receptionist was also discourteous during check-in. As returning guests, this was very disappointing.

Apartamentul este ok și îl recomand ca spatiu de cazare

Apartamentul este super ! Suficient de spațios. Bucătăria este ok utilata și totul funcționează. Canapeaua este confortabila. Patul din dormitor suficient de mare și confortabil. Camera foarte călduroasă. Baia mare. Recomand acest apartament.

Legat de apartament totul a fost ok. Însă personalul de la recepție nu este foarte bine informat și au fost 2 situații în care nu știau/ nu își dădeau interesul cum sa ne ajute : inițial la cazare pentru că apartamentul este unul privat în cadrul Stream Resort iar cei de la recepție nu știau că dețin așa ceva și ne trimiteau la câțiva km depărtare să căutăm alt resort. Iar a doua situație a fost în ziua în care am vrut sa ne luam echipamentul de ski din zona lor de depozitare care avea ușa de la intrare încuiată. Am mers la recepție sa vorbim și ne au pus sa sunam noi la nr de tel de pe geam și să vb cu cei care închiriau echipamente de acolo când de fapt mai era o intrare prin interiorul hotelului și aceea era deschisă 🙄🤔 . Am găsit o singuri cu ajutorul unor oaspeți din hotel care erau veniți cu 1 zi înaintea noastră și aflaseră deja despre această intrare . Curățenia în apartament consta doar in a lua gunoiul și eventual in suplimentarea cu hârtie igienică și nici nu s a efectuat zilnic.
