Half of the hotel's facilities weren't working (the restaurant, the swimming pool, the sauna etc.). Some of the doors in the apartment couldn't be closed due to absent lockholes. There was no stove/oven in the apartment even though it was said the apartment was equipped with one. The shower drain seemed to be clogged because water stayed in the shower for a long time. There was only one small grocery store in the area which didn't have everything we needed.

Alexei, the host/manager on site, was exceptional because he was so helpful, alert, humble, knowledgeable, attentive...just perfect. Indeed, he is an asset for Elit Pamporovo appartments as he has the gift of knowing how to treat customers - with care and thoughtfulness. The place itself is big, the studio I rented was spacious with a lovely view of the mountains...perfect for my stay with my small pet dog. The bed was super comfortable, but importantly, I managed to get two nights' solid sleep - the place is peaceful and very calm so sleep is guaranteed; kitchenette just good with the right amount of everything needed; the bathroom was fine with a super strong shower; heating was good as it was rather cold outside and all personnel were polite, kind and helpful. Loved my stay but principally thanks to the professionalism and attentiveness of Alexei. Highly recommended.

The room was very spacious and had everything you would need to make you feel at home. The staff was very helpful with all our needs.

Teething problems but a good time was had here!

The staff here are fabulous - friendly, very helpful and personable. They went out of their way to provide a good service. We all loved the black dog who seems to live outside and really added to our enjoyment of the hotel (Wish we could have taken him home)

We are sure this new hotel will be much better in time as it seems to have teething issues currently. Despite its various foibles we enjoyed our stay (and are laughing affectionately writing this). We stayed extra days and will definitely return.
